Very impressed with the service which was through my insurer D&G. Samsung tablet bent in middle and cracked at back. DPD picked up thursday and tablet was back with me saturday as good as new. Very grateful I took out the insurance and would happily recommend. Worst thing was the short notice given by DPD for the return (<2 hours) but other than that, perfect.

Brilliant service received no hassle, kept me informed along the way. Would highly recommend. The personal touch in the return was really appreciated. Thank you

The laptop I sent for repair has been returned quickly and in as-new condition. A note clearly explaind whats been done, it's been cleaned as well as repaired and the secure/sturdy packaging had a cute little note on it and some sweets were included! I know this isn't a deal breaker but it was a smart little sweetener that made me smile and ensured a good review! Can't fault them! Friendly and professional service.

Can not believe how good this company is. In this day and age it’s a pleasure to come across one as professional as this. My iPad was picked up promptly and I was given the exact day for this to happen. Now this iPad had been used by my grandson, we are unsure of the story we got from him. 😂he placed a pizza box next to it and it melted , 😂somehow I don’t think so. Looked like someone had sat on it. They repaired it within a week.. well when I say repaired they delivered a replacement without any bother. I could not fault them in any way.

The best service I’ve ever received - had a cracked MacBook screen and it was picked up, repaired and delivered back in less than a week. Super easy to track with their app, and they’d cleaned the machine and packaged it with obvious care and attention. 10/10 couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Really easy process. Forgot to turn iCloud back up off but they talked us through it and carried on with little time impact.

Absolutely amazing repair service! Was kept informed all the time and response time was almost immediate. Was posted, fixed and returned within 8 working days! Was amazingly well packaged when it was returned.

The most stress free repair I've encountered. 7 days was all it took for me to report the repair, have it collected, repaired and returned to me. I was kept up to date on the progress with the easy to use app. Cannot fault the service.
Extra * for the little packet of sweets in the returned parcel.

Really impressed by this service, I have sky protect and my son’s iPad screen got smashed. I rang them on the Monday, DPD collected the iPad from my house in Belfast on the Thursday, iPad was fixed and sent back via DPD on the following Thursday and I received it on the Monday. 2 weeks from the initial phonecall to having it back with me impressed me as it had to go overseas. To top it off it arrived with a little bag of haribo which my 5 years old will be delighted with. Thank you so much!

Wow! What exceptional service! Especially now in these days of usually poor customer service. I had a headset that needed a repair under warranty. It was such an easy process to install the Ologic app and track my repair from start to finish. DPD collected and returned it quickly. The whole repair and return was completed in 3 short days. I received my device well packed with a lovely personalised letter and sticker with a lovely note and even sweets! Thank you so much to Scott and Gary the technician and engineer. Highly recommended service!

I took my Laptop in my Mac in for Repair and I could not believe how fast it was to come back to me but the only thing I didn't get replaced was the Battery

Ologic were amazing. My laptop suffered a fault with the screen and I didn't know what to do.

Repair made through Domestic and General they have done a superb job and my ear phones are like new.
