Perfect from start to finish
Perfect from start to finish. Arranged for pick up ,quick fixing my daughter iPad and had a message saying when it was going to be delivered. Didn’t have to leave the house. Also a great little app that give notifications on each step that is happening. *****

As good as new
Stepped on the laptop keyboard and broke the fan and keyboard. It was fixed and sent back all working fine. The item was in the same mint condition as it went (other than the foot part which they fixed). lots of texts/emails letting me know the progress as delay in getting the part.

Great service laptop repair took a bit longer over Christmas which is understandable. But great communication and the lovely personal touches and sweets were lovely. Thank you so much cheered us up! Will recommend to others. 😀

Excellent Communication
I made a claim through Sky Protect and Ologic handled the repair. The communication was great, I knew at every point in the process where my laptop was and the repair was completed in really good time and my wife is delighted with the result. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service
Excellent service, quick, friendly, professional and above expectations. I am very happy with the repair to my laptop. Thank you to the Technician and Engineer - Scott and Gary. The customer service (I think his name was Matt or Mark) was also very helpful when I had questions and requests.
