Simply the best service I have ever received. A
Tablet repair through my insurers, the parcel was collected and returned fully repaired within days, fully trackable and fully documented. Great service from both Mark repair technician and Maddie the Test Engineer. Thank you both for such speedy professional service and for whoever sent the Strawberry haribos.

Brilliant service

Fixed my macbook and sent it back within in a week. Really good service I am very pleased. Able to check status of the laptop on website and photos are uploaded, any commuication I had with them with professional. Laptop was sent back packaged very well. Would use again if needed to and would recommed to anyone needing a device fixing. Thank you!

Headphones

Amazing service

I sent my son's tablet off for a new screen and had it back within 3 days. Communication is clear, with regular update messages and easy access to the app. I wasn't expecting it to be done so soon so am really pleased with the service received. My son was also happy with the little bag of sweets in the return package. Would highly recommend this company.

This company is outstandingly brilliant…

This company is outstandingly brilliant . I explained that I needed my children’s tablets back with in a week due to going on holiday. Not only did they give regular updates and brilliant customer service thought out . I had the two tablets back 2days before our holiday including some sweets for the kids. Everyone In This company is fantastic. Best insurance around even the way they gave that little extra with sweets amazing people . Thank you everyone in the company . The experience from start to finish was incredible .

Excellent service and communication. Even down to the message board being polite. Extremely patient and understanding. Explained every step on the process. Quick service, customer service exemplary, even down to the Haribo. (My favourites) thank you from my stress levels. Which are now normal levels.

You are all brilliant

Thank you so much for doing my repair, I sent it in the day after booking it with DAG and it came back in less than a week looking brand new and they even included a little packet of haribos (how cute!!). Very trustworthy and the service is fantastic. From the moment I sent it in to when it was being delivered back to me, I was kept informed with every step. They have a feature on their website where you can track your repair which I haven’t seen anybody else have such an incredible feature. I had my iPad repaired by someone else a while back and it took weeks to come back so I am absolutely over the moon with the speed and quality. You are all incredible ⭐️! If I ever need anything else repaired, I will be going here from now on. I recommend this fantastic business to anybody else in need of a repair! They did a stunning job.

Repaired swiftly and got updated on each step. I really like little personal touches in return parcel. Highly recommend!

Computer Repair

My computer was sent to them for repair and was delivered back to me in quick time. This company also kept me up to date so that I knew what stage they were at and when my computer would be returned. Excellent service all round.

Excellent, Speedy, Professional I dropped my laptop

I tripped and dropped my laptop downstairs middle of doing my essays. Ologic picked up my laptop repaired and returned no time without any fuss. Definitely will recommend to everyone their services.

Detached laptop bezel and lid.

My bezel/lid on my laptop was coming detached so I rang Domestic and General on a Sunday afternoon and they arranged for Ologic to collect it on the Wednesday. The day after Ologic messaged me to say they had received my laptop and the parts for the repair ordered. The following Wednesday my laptop was returned. I would certainly recommend Ologic for their excellent 5* service.

Personal service above and beyond

My son's laptop broke and through the insurers, Domestic and General, it was collected for repair and went to Ologic. I'm not sure I can post the actual details here (unless Ologic give permission) but they gave a very personal service. My son was very upset when it could not be fixed and a replacement had to be issued. He couldn't bare to think that it was going to be in a bin somewhere and not with him. I explained the situation to Domestic and General who weren't helpful and explained the situation to Ologic, whose hands were tied I guess because all decisions are the insurance companies. However, I got a phone call from Mark and he had looked at our circumstances and spoken to the Director, I think he said his name was David. Their response and what they did for my son was amazing and went above and beyond. Actual compassionate people treating customers like individuals. Ours was a unique situation, or so I thought before I posted up on social media and lot's of people were actually going through similar with their kids. I thoroughly recommend this company and have hopefully spread the word.

Absolutely Amazing Company

Absolutely amazing service from this company. My father has many things insured with them including my laptop. They never fail to exceed expectations. As soon as we have a problem with anything, we let them know and they instantly send out either an engineer or a delivery box to send the equipment to them in. It is always within a week that the faulty equipment is fixed or replaced. They are really good at what they do and I'm very happy I managed to find out about them. Highly recommend to anyone looking to insure expensive electronics. It is 110% worth it.
