Your site was very difficult to use on a mobile phone and we were notified that the paint was on its way on the 8th of March but have no details of the courier, or how long it’s going to take to come as of lunchtime on the 10th of March

Order nearly £300 of paint 2 weeks…
Order nearly £300 of paint 2 weeks later no delivery of paint logged into my accont order is cancelled just a marketing bot that wants to send me emails etc no notification for cancelling the order.

Thank you for your review. We are dissapointed to hear that you have had a poor experience with our service.
Your order was never paid for. The payment timed out and no money was at any point taken from your account. Therefore the order was displayed as cancelled in your account. I can assure you that if the payments had been fully processed, we would have delivered the paint on a next day service.
If you had any complaints or queries about your cancelled order, we would have been more than happy to resolve any issues, if you had contacted us directly, about them.
We have not sent any marketing emails to yourself. If you have received any marketing emails from the Online Paint Shop, Please, could double check the senders email address, and forward them to our email address: Sales@onlinepaintshop.co.uk, so that we can look in to this further.
