Absolutely outstanding service from optimal. From the start it’s been very customer focused and the care of all staff is incredible. Everything is documented and advised before during and after treatment. Best decision I made, feel in very safe hands taking multiple treatments overlooked by knowledgeable doctors.

Service that I have received is exceptional. As soon as my blood tests came back I was able to receive treatment and the advised dosage had me feeling like me again. Reminders on when to book blood tests and consultations are very useful to advise about circumstances and any issues. The treatment can be expensive when taking to account blood tests etc but worth it in my opinion.

The initial consultation was rushed, and I felt like they didn't fully understand my individual needs. The follow-up appointments were also infrequent and difficult to schedule!

The actual level of care is amazing. From the moment I met Martina in Reception it was a welcoming and professional experience. She is a lovely person with a fount of information and superb people skills.
I met Dr.Martin Rourke and within minutes felt that I had made the right decision. This man is a real doctor led by vocation and expertise. He was thorough in examinations, explained everything in advance and there was no rush. He struck me as a man who really cares about men's health and he gently held a conversation with me looking at aspects of my life which are problematic. His responses were insightful, pragmatic and I can really say that the consultation has had a profoundly positive affect on how I see myself and the need for more self care. His sense of humour adds to the experience. I highly recommend this practice.

Never had a bad experience with any members of their team and been with them well over a year now.

Recently prescribed TRT treatment, obviously due to very low testosterone levels. The service was fantastic from the start. The initial contact with Courtney arranging blood test and getting the results was first class. The Consultation with Dr Virani ( Hope that's correct ) was very informative and put me at ease. Then arranging payment, subscription with Liz and receiving my TRT was once again, first class. There is lots of advice and a web chat with a Nurse on injection points, loading up your testosterone, it's all there for you. No stress and I mean that. The help and advice is always available. One of and probably the cheapest private clinic out there.

Dr Reville is the MAN. I’ve been with these guys for a few years now and he’s the most knowledgeable I’ve spoken to yet. Really appreciated the conversation around the latest scientific literature around TRT and fertility treatment. More importantly, you can tell he really wants to help, passionate and is so receptive during the consultation. Felt heard!
