Fantastic service products are great my dog loves it

Food came well packaged arrived quickly and came we a sweet gift of a tea and biscuit.
They also gave a free days worth of dogfood as it’s our first order.

Will def be buying from them again

Great service

Fantastic quality, shipped fast with a little treat for their human inside, who can't resist a cup of tea and chocolate biscuit. Nice touch. Have got my order on a 28 day cycle, the dogs have a healthy unprocessed diet and I have peace of mind

Couldn't fault order, quality or delivery

Customer service and products amazing! I went to order some bones for my pack of 8 huskies, but there weren’t enough in stock. After speaking with the customer chat, who was a human being and truly helpful, I was able to order the correct amount and they helped to ensure the delivery was on a certain day with no extra payment. On arriving, the bones were of excellent quality and were thoroughly enjoyed. I will be back and thoroughly recommend. Thank you!

Great services as always worlklile clockwork

Fast delivery
Excellent item
Dogs love it

it was speedy and efficient and extreme care was taken to keep the items cold in hot temperatures

Fast delivery good amount to choose from my frenchbull dogs are enjoying this I gradually introduced them as they got many allergies also so hoping this will help. they have started to eat all of the stuff I bought now with me hand feeding them so they got use to it. they really do love the raw food now tbh the none bone products I did sometimes boil at start but now they accepting it with out I add my own cooked treats also . I would recommend and pricing good posting to me was around 10 pounds but worth it thanks

Quick ordering process. The food always arrives on time and frozen/chilled. There was one occasion where the food was delivered a day late on a hot summer day, majority of food was defrosted at no fault to Raw To Your Door just down to the delivery courier. We contacted them and they sent out the order again free of charge with some extra food. No complaints, will be ordering again soon!

Second order, delivered on time, well packaged, quality product, helpful staff

Will be ordering regular :)

Excellent service

Super efficient delivery, always frozen on arrival and fabulous customer service with little treats like chocolate biscuits and an extra portion of dog food ☺️ highly recommend!

Have been ordering food for a couple of years from this Company and Rory my Labrador loves it.

Great variety of food, reasonable price, pleased with the service I've received

Arrived frozen and well wrapped to ensure good condition. Always happy with this food for my dog as he is no longer fussy and is very happy with a clean bowl after every meal. Thank you for the choccy biscuit and tea for me too!

Ordered from this company 3 times now and always great! Everything arrives as per my order, in great condition (even amidst this heatwave!) Once I got chicken necks instead of duck necks and they were with me the next day! Great little company and super good value too! Dogs coat is looking so much better being on raw food and he's always so excited for mealtimes now! And I always look forward to my biscuit too!!

Fast delivery.
Quality food in great packaging.
Our dogs are very happy

First time ordering and will definitely be ordering again! Great prices and quick delivery. My dog absolutely loves the food, she's been picky with her food for a while but she loves all the flavours. Nice to be supporting a family run business as well. Thank you!
