Brilliant subscription payment idea
Been using this company for almost a year now. Newer had an issue. What I like the most is, that on subscription service instead of having direct debit, they simply send you an email with a link to your order and you can order when you want or need.

It was my first time buying in this site. I wanted to try and give my cats some raw meat.qVery fast delivery! Also it was packaged properly. It also came with a teabag and a snack to come with it haha. Very good gesture.

Raw food is great but the delivery…
Raw food is great but the delivery charge is ridiculous

Respuesta de Raw To Your Door + More
Order over 9kg of raw food and the delivery charge comes right down to £6.89. Orders under 9kg need a lot more packing to keep them frozen, therefore the cost is more.
We do agree that delivery costs appear expensive but boxes, thermal liners and ice packs, on top of the courier charges, all come to a lot more than we actually charge. We do actually subsidise the charge.
RE DEFROSTED FOOD
HI
my Bertie and Sasha absolutely loves there food never had any problems
well its not you its the delivery .
I Did not get my ordered until weds late afternoon it was not delivered to my home it was delivered 11 Doors away . The lady that lives told the driver its not hers he shrugged his shoulders and Left.
The food was already completely defrosted by the time i got the order So it was a waste of my money this month .
As you can not RE-freeze something that was already defrosted.
So i had to spend more money and get my dogs food .,
The food was warm not cold . its not your fault at all . im not blaming you .

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the delivery. Had you contacted us regarding this, it could have been sorted out easily.
Just for information, defrosted dog meat (so long as still cold) is absolutely safe to be re-frozen.
Easy to use great guides

Fantastic customer service
Trying to find flat pig stomach and my regular supplier was out of stock. Ordered some pieces to try out the service and delivery and been amazed at the high level of customer service and thoughtful solutions to a potential lost order when adequate stock was not available. Can’t fault the communication or fast delivery; I’ll definitely reorder!
