Car was booked in for MOT and oil change while I waited. All completed in 2-3 hours including a wash and vac! Excellent service from Rozeena who looked after me, thank you

I brought my car back in on Saturday 16th to have some minor work done, following a full service in April. Everything was handled in an exemplary way, as I have come to expect from North Oxford.

All the staff in reception and service at NOG are polite, courteous, and eminently professional. I would particularly like to thank Rozeena Ali, who, as usual, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Rozeena is a credit to the team in terms of professionalism and customer care.

Love the BMW brand but not the North Oxford garage as they con and lie to you and only respond to trust pilot reviews they can handle but when the truth is told they hide and lie
Still to this day ive not been told what i do if the car breaks down, even to the tyre and wheel and the paint repair insurance never given any info on policy numbers or anything. This is how professional they are
They took my money and thats it left to try and get info myself

I recommend to talk to Rozeena Ali, a very experience professional who can help you understand the intricacies of the MOT and related work at this garage that is not always straight forward.

Rozeena’s service was exceptional as usual, she assists every time there is an issue with my car and I couldn’t be more greatful. 10/10 service always.

I have been coming here from west london a pain to drive by the way for the last 18 years and 3 cars....tells you all you need to know! Everyone I meet are great ,friendly and professional the "greeters" for example lovely ladies! ,funny that old faces arent there anymore but always a pleasure to see Rozeena and today Cameron a good bloke!

Just leased a new vehicle from BMW North Oxford.
Charlotte was attentive from start to finish, giving us the time we needed to make decisions without feeling pressured. Nothing was too much trouble for her. North Oxford are lucky to have her representing them.

We went to other car manufacturers as well and none of them gave the service that BMW did (still waiting on a quote from one manufacturer!)

Rozeena in servicing was excellent dealing with couple of issues that I had up on my iX3. Communication was great, and the whole process was made easy and simple. When the car needed to stay in overnight, a courtesy car was quickly organised. I dropped in again a couple of weeks later and Rozeena was completely flexible on dates and time for the car to be looked at, and even got BMW to cover some of the costs of work, as it had a known issue.
I had honestly planned to start using 3rd party garages, but this was welcome reminder that customer service at BMW is exceptional. Would recommend.

I would just like to say a very big THANK YOU to the team at North Oxford BMW especially Tobie, who was just an absolute star, I had a very bad experience with the Kia garage in Northampton and was feeling very disappointed with car sales people! But we found the Kia I wanted at North Oxford BMW and I couldn't of been treated any better than if I had been buying a brand new BMW. Which was amazing, so thank you Tobie for restoring my faith in sales and thank you to the team for just being so pleasant. I would recommend you everytime it was worth the drive there and I am so pleased with my Kia sportage :)

I purchased a BMW with north garage recently and had some issues with a colleague from there being inconsistent and unreliable. I then rang BMW sales team to discuss my frustrations and Jack from the sales team was extremely helpful and proactive in dealing with my questions. He actually solved the issue that has been ongoing for the last few weeks in one call. Imaan from the parts team was also very efficient, understanding and lovely to speak to.

I recently had my car serviced at North Oxford Garage and was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, well-organised, and completely stress-free.

A special mention must go to Rozeena from the service team, who truly went above and beyond. She ensured everything was handled efficiently while also making me feel genuinely valued as a customer. She kept me informed throughout, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. It’s clear she takes pride in providing a great experience for customers. It’s not often you come across service like that.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. A big thank you to Rozeena and the entire team at North Oxford Garage. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable service with a personal touch.

Sales approach and process was very smooth and professional. Becky was extremely good and really was a pleasure to deal with.

Purchased BMW i4 from North Oxford BMW.
Met by receptionist who was very welcoming. Showroom is well set out and nice area for a tea or coffee.
Viewing and Test drive of car was arranged easily over the phone.
Met Keiran Finch from sales team he was very polite and went to test drive and answered any questions we had and explained how everything worked.
Also met his colleague Ben Upton who assisted with negotiations and very helpful with paperwork etc
Car was prepared for weekend to collection
Would highly recommended asking for them if you visit as they were both professional and had good knowledge on cars.
Full marks and excellent customer service.

Excellent service from the Service team.
Warning light issue diagnosed and the team were able to book me in very quickly and replace the faulty PCU on my vehicle.
The service provided reinforces why I use BMW Oxford always. Thanks Rozeena for all your help on getting this covered under warranty.

Purchased a new vehicle in March 2026 from Ben and Declan and their team. Vehicle had a few issues at handover that the team at North Oxford very quickly acknowledged, reviewed and apologised for. Arranged a same level loan vehicle that was dropped off at my home and then went above and beyond in their rectification of the vehicle. What started as a negative really was dealt with professionally and the surprise and delight provided was truly exemplorary. If you are looking for a new/used BMW I would recommend North Oxford BMW as we know issues occur, but it is how they are dealt with that really matter.
