Their pizza is underrated. It doesn’t matter when I visit their branches, in the morning, afternoon or at night, the pizza is always hot and fresh, the crust is soft and the garlic sauce is addictvie.... Ver más

Complete waste of money…….

Ordered from here today via just eat and it was the worst food we have ever encountered, there was absolutely no filling inside, no word of a lie it was awful, worst of all, because it was ordered through just eat we can’t even get compensated… Huge mistake ordering from these people.

Don't order your pizza here!!!

Don't order your pizza here order it anywhere but this place. They may have really good pizza but they have horrible customer service!!
I ordered a pizza and it came wrong. This was November 2nd it is now April 6th, I refuse to refund me for the incorrect order and I will never see my money again. Horrible company I reached out pretty much on a weekly basis to this company trying to do everything I can to get them to do the right thing. All they care about is money in their pocket they'd rather keep your money than do anything to help you. I will not be giving them another penny and I will never order from this company again!

Prices have really escalated. Can't afford to eat out much. Eating less slices to make the leftovers stretch to cover more future meals. Maybe this will help me lose weight. The appearance and workmanship of the pizza was better this time. I bought a large epic stuffed crust and medium. I visited during a slow time, about 3:30pm. 3-4 people greeted me. There always seems to be a completely different staff every time I come in every couple of weeks. Maybe this is training store.

20 pizzas 8 pops no plates napkins or cups... thanks!

I'm a Construction Manager and found offering Pizza to the entire crew for lunch is a simple way to get them involved and working well. I've used a variety of places to deliver; Pizza Hut, Little Caesars and Dominos along with Papa Johns. Of the four of them the prices are similar as well as the product. But why is Papa Johns the worst among them with service and delivery. Are the location near me simply overwhelmed? I'll call a day in advance when ordering 10-20+ large pizzas to give them a heads up and be prepared. It's ordered the day before and still late, delivery info isn't given to the drivers who call and say they can't find the place, the worst is they forget plates, napkins and cups, seriously? 20 large pies and 8 pops without any easy way to drink or eat?

Niks bezorgd en niet bereikbaar

Pizza na uur nog niet bezorgd. Gebeld, zou onderweg zijn. Na half uur wachten nog niet bezorgd. Weer geprobeerd te bellen, nummer niet bereikbaar. Nu meer dan 2 uur verder nog geen pizza. Update, pizza was 19:41 besteld. Geprobeerd om 22:55 te bezorgen. No thanks. We hebben al shoarma besteld. En gegeten. En de kids liggen al op bed! Bizar.

Pizza never arrived. Staff lie and tell you its "on its way" but it never is

6th Nov 21 - Whitton UK - pizza never arrived.
This complaint is about Whitton, "London" UK
I ordered pizza for delivery via the app:
-email accepted the order at 19:16
-19:47pm the app told me my pizza had been delivered and to enjoy it (some chance).
-Later the guy who called me back confirmed that it had not even left the store at 19:47
-No Pizza by 20:08 so i called - no answer
-No pizza by 20:12 - I called was told "its on its way"
-No Pizza by 21:11 - I called was told "its on its way" - i said it was too late and please cancel, they refused
-No Pizza by 21:30 (ish) - I answered the feedback email confirming that PJ's service sucks and the staff tell lies
-Still No pizza 21:40 - the store called back in response to poor feedback - i told them no pizza had arrived and was offered a replacemePlease refund £28.99. If no refund by end of day 9th Novembernt if it was cold when it got to me. By now i just wanted my money back
-22:00 - No pizza - i went to bed hungry and hating papa johns

They have so far refused to refund even though they accepted that the food never arrived. I have a one strike policy for poor service and and ill never use this bunch again. Suggest everyone else stays away too.

Ongeloofelijk slecht!

Ongeloofelijk! Na ruim een uur wachten op de bestelling ben ik maar gaan bellen. Meer dan 10x gebeld, maar elke keer geen gehoord. Een aantal keer is de lijn bezet, dus overduidelijk is het telefoonnummer wel in gebruik. Meerdere e-mails gestuurd, maar geen reactie. Vervolgens komt 2.5 uur later een bezorger het eten brengen (wat al lang niet meer nodig was). Er komt niet eens een excuus uit. Ik had er maar rekening mee moeten houden dat het 'druk' is. Vervolgens wordt mijn geannuleerde bestelling niet terugbetaald. Er wordt ook geen verdere reactie gegeven. Echt verschrikkelijk dit. Ik heb vaker besteld en ze zijn altijd te laat. Het eten is meestal ook maar lauw. Dit was écht de laatste order!

They did not deliver my pizza

They did not deliver my pizza. I waited an hour and half and rang the shop, the guy told me the driver knocked or rang and no answer well I have been waiting here and no one rang, it's a gated community so it would need to ring the intercom and absolutely no one rang! The guy was not helpful at all, no customer service at all. Asked if I wanted the pizza re-delivered I said no thank you, I want a refund to which he said I need to go through headquarters. First and LAST time ordering from them.

Thieves!

Order place for delivery in error went through as collection could not collect due to isolation and they couldn’t deliver due to driver shortage was told they would cancel there end and to email to request a refund, have email twice and been ignored, bunch of unhelpful thieves who have kept my money if you kept something that doesn’t belong to you it’s theft give me my money back

I gave up on them

I gave up on them, awhile ago. They kept, bringing my Pizza burned,and after complaints went unnoticed. I stopped, ordering from them.And they are about 10 minutes away from me but,I refuse to pay for burnt pizza.If they would stop rushing, the orders it would be ok. But I'm done with them.

Papa Johns Store#287 Ferguson Missouri

I have given this location Chance after Chance. After this latest experience I am never using them again. I place an online order around roughly 7pm CST and was given a delivery time of 89-99 Minutes so I expected it to be about an hour and a half or little more but it was about right at 92 Minutes. I did not select contactless delivery and paid for my order with Cash. After the driver left I realized the box was leaking and broken on one edge. when i opened it the pizza was COLD had slid to one side and toppings were stuck to the top of the box and the leak, It was the garlic sauce that had been busted open and was now all over the box and the pizza. I called the local restaurant and was immediately place on hold. after holding for 15 minutes i used another phone to call them again, when the young lady asked to place me on hold. I explained that I could not hold longer I had an Issue and needed a manager because I had already been waiting. She hung up on me. I was very infuriated. I was still on hold on my other line for the total time of 34 minutes, then she came on the line and asked me what the issue was. When I asked for resolution, I was met with nothing, so I asked for a refund. I was then told, since I paid cash, I would have to come to the location for a refund. So I went up there using my gas to get my cash. Now 2 hours later and still have not eaten yet. On top of the lack of actual leadership present inside the store. It was Filthy and the gentleman who was the acting manager who was apparently making pizza was not wearing gloves, he was quite unkempt and Unapologetic and uninterested in the situation. This stores appearance on the inside was enough for me to make the decision to never patronize this Papa Johns ever Again!!!
