Their pizza is underrated. It doesn’t matter when I visit their branches, in the morning, afternoon or at night, the pizza is always hot and fresh, the crust is soft and the garlic sauce is addictvie.... Ver más

Papa Johns Store#287 Ferguson Missouri

I have given this location Chance after Chance. After this latest experience I am never using them again. I place an online order around roughly 7pm CST and was given a delivery time of 89-99 Minutes so I expected it to be about an hour and a half or little more but it was about right at 92 Minutes. I did not select contactless delivery and paid for my order with Cash. After the driver left I realized the box was leaking and broken on one edge. when i opened it the pizza was COLD had slid to one side and toppings were stuck to the top of the box and the leak, It was the garlic sauce that had been busted open and was now all over the box and the pizza. I called the local restaurant and was immediately place on hold. after holding for 15 minutes i used another phone to call them again, when the young lady asked to place me on hold. I explained that I could not hold longer I had an Issue and needed a manager because I had already been waiting. She hung up on me. I was very infuriated. I was still on hold on my other line for the total time of 34 minutes, then she came on the line and asked me what the issue was. When I asked for resolution, I was met with nothing, so I asked for a refund. I was then told, since I paid cash, I would have to come to the location for a refund. So I went up there using my gas to get my cash. Now 2 hours later and still have not eaten yet. On top of the lack of actual leadership present inside the store. It was Filthy and the gentleman who was the acting manager who was apparently making pizza was not wearing gloves, he was quite unkempt and Unapologetic and uninterested in the situation. This stores appearance on the inside was enough for me to make the decision to never patronize this Papa Johns ever Again!!!

Don't waste your time or money

Placed an order with the store at 11102 Topperwein Rd in Ssn Antonio at 8:03 p.m. It is now 9:15, and when I check online to status, it says it still "getting ready". I've tried calling the store several times and all it does is ring and then go straight to hold music and commercials. No one would answer the phone until after I had held for almost 15 minutes. Then the guy I spoke to was extremely rude. Horrible customer service.

Ordered a pizza on the 24/04 they got…

Ordered a pizza on the 24/04 they got the order wrong and then sent out another pizza to rectify the order. The pizza they sent out was wrong again! Called the branch and all they could offer was a £5 credit for a pizza we never got! What a joke! Made a complaint through their portal and 6 days later still no follow up or reply!

Slechtste zaak van Groningen, de eerste bezorger had geen wisselgeld bij zich dus ik zei hem dat ik mijn wisselgeld wel wou kon hem niet verstaan hij sprak geen Nederlands en ook geen Engels, naja vond dat wisselgeld nog niet zn probleem dacht kon gebeuren. Dus ik bekijk mijn pizza is die gewoon hard ik heen bellen krijg ik een engelse man aan de lijn hele discussie gehad einstand kreeg ik toch een nieuwe, maar die man was ook zo onvriendelijk aan de deur dat ik zei dat ik de pizza niet meer wou en mijn geld terug wou, dat was allemaal niet mogelijk omdat ik al een slechte recensie had geplaatst op hun Facebook wat ik terecht vind als je klantenservice niet op orde is en je harde pizza's bezorgd. Maarja eindstand die man aan de telefoon liet mij niet uitpraten en zei de heletijd dat ik naar hem moest luisteren terwijl ik mijn verhaal nog niet eens had afgemaakt toen heb ik het maar afgekapt omdat hij me zat te bedreigen over dat ik een slechte recensie had geplaatst. Ik raad echt niemand aan om hier je eten te bestellen!!

Disgusting hygiene levels

Years ago I was a regular at papa johns. But the last 2 years the service is shockingly appalling the store workers really are bringing down the company! Forever making mistakes and then when correcting the mistake still make mistakes never heard of such a thing! Had to leave a review because today I thought I would go and give them a try again and go in store this way they definitely cannot get my order wrong. But I was so disgusted to see the hygiene levels whilst making people’s pizzas. NO gloves whilst making pizzas! Two pizzas next to each other one being a plain Margarita and the other pepperoni. Being a vegan myself I was so shocked to see pizzas being made with the workers bare hands no gloves and touching pepperoni and then touching the cheese for the next. Disgusting! Also at one point he scratched the back of his ear and then continued making pizzas. Ugh I felt sick! Now I have officially come to the terms I will NEVER eat from papa johns again. Especially the Canary Wharf branch! Yuck.

Doesnt taste same

I tried it last month and it's doesn't taste the same. Something is different with the crust. It used to be thicker and chewier. Last pizza I got looked like a thin crust pizza 😟

I must confess Papa Johns, where done at the most usual required standards, is my favorite 'fast-food' style pizza. Bang for the buck, it has the best flavor dough and even has 'spicy' meat options. I have usually only been put off where there is NOT a franchise station or when it is not open!
This past week I experienced the least expected experience, then. I received a four-pizza order, with two pizzas were full of the kind of bubbles you too-often allow in Caesar's crap pizzas. This was a first, and it was poor, and it was bad. But to add insult... my extra paid double topping of spicy sausage for my own pie was literally a single version!
Yes, I did the survey as it was online ordered. I received a reply and a Case number.
My reply was from Rebecca Lucio, Director of Operations (Case # 37-364333). I was professionally apologized to and told I " will find 2 promo codes for 2 free pizzas to use when ordering online."
There was none.
I replied back the same day, simply mentioning this.
No response.
I will leave it to the customer to make what they will.
I sent one final email, reminding the 'professional' of the long-trusted business adage...
Upset one customer and they will take ten others with them.
I will not care, nor even know if this 'took' any away, but today I rediscovered Pizza Hut online and I am reminding the Papa Johns and Rebecca we are a choice away from never being a loyal customer.

probably best pizza conglomerate for fructose intolerants

Papa John's (at least the one I ate at) used olive oil and didn't have fructose in their pizza sauce or dough. I didn't get sick from them. I am fructose intolerant, I can't drink a sip of cola without getting sick. I'm glad Papa John's is consider of my type. Yes, tomatoes in general have given me a bit of a buzz before, but there's isn't so bad. I can eat two and be okay. I hope you guys keep using olive oil, fructose free ingredients. I cannot eat at most restaurants, so it was a pleasure when my brother ordered you guys when I visited him and his kids.

Niet blij

Je betaald best veel voor een pizza, prima daar kies je dan voor. Maar als trouwe klant nu voor de zoveelste keer matige toppings te krijgen + meerdere malen de sausjes vergeten waar je extra voor betaald vind ik heel slecht.. geef altijd veel uit maar dit was echt de laatste keer helaas.

Need help to be able to order online again

I have been trying to order online 3 different times. The e-mail address on file was accidentally closed and I need help to get it updated. The local Papa John's do not know how and I cannot find help on any website. So I just give up and order from a different pizza place. How do I find someone to help me???

Bad Pizza & they dont even honor store credit

I previously ordered 3 pizzas that ended up being inedible, and was assured that I'd been put on their system for 2 free pizza for the next time I called the store.
I call today and was told that the store manager (Bromely Branch) said that because it's been 'too long' they weren't willing to honor the agreement.

Awful pizza and run by liars, go to Dominos instead.
