Ordered a Pizza at 7:36 PM on a Mon. for a friend who had surgery. They stated delivery time was 37-47 min. When the app (wh/ gives delivery update times) said the pizza "Was 7 min to delivery time" I updated my friend (who has 3 kids). To make a long story short, it was still well over 30 minutes out & the pizza was delivered over 1 1/2 hrs. after I ordered it. When I placed the ordered I left a 20% tip on it (wanting to support everyone during this pandemic time). I called the manager at the store #310, 6600 E INDEPENDENCE BLVD
CHARLOTTE, NC 28212-7256 He was EXTREMELY RUDE & refused 3 times to give me his name. I then went online to file a complaint which took over 2 hrs. to do b/c you have to have the # on the pizza box to file the complaint & I wasn't going to involve my friend in this debacle. The online chat was totally useless.; they didn't help at all :( The link to file a complaint would not work. (They probably do this deliberately so you can't file a complaint). After about 2 hrs.I finally go a complaint filed and was assured I would get refunded. I have yet to hear from the company. (I gave them my email AND phone #.... crickets......) I am so disappointed. Regardless of this company being horrible, I'm still glad I gave a decent tip. This was from my friend who knew nothing of the horrible time delay besides realizing her family got fed at 9 pm, "I forgot to tell you the delivery man last night was very thankful for the tip you left.
He said he’d been to 3 houses prior and no one tipped him" I tried to support this company & gave them adequate time to reach out to me, but have yet to hear from them. Again, so very disappointed!

The No Contact delivery option brings the pizzas, wings, hoagies and Jalapeno Poppers to you safely. Pre-tip so your driver. They are risking their own lives for you.

The guy that was making the pizza he touched the cash register then he went back to making a pizza then he touched his balls and that's your pure nastiness and that's why I don't eat at Papa John's anymore and lucky the food was not for me

At my store in Florida I was picking up a pizza and the first thing I saw was the cashier without gloves on opening people’s pizza boxes and looking inside.. disgusting!

Pizza's awesome but need to delivered on time for 5 stars , there's scope for improvisation

Papa johns is Beverly Hills Florida is horrible I order two large pizzas and 3 papadias from Joe the manager only for the driver to show up missing all the pizza called the manager back Joe and he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault I did not order it!!! So mad will never order from this store again!!

The food is really delicious but the delivery wasn't as fast as it should be.

Called BROWNSBURG IN. Location made order 10 min after giving all info and making order they called me to say they do not delivery to us even though we are 2.0 miles away. The Manger was rude and would not tell me why they did not deliver to us. And yes we are even in the same town. She could not help place my order with sister store in the next town. So I called the other Papa the young man Alex was very helpful. And explained they have to go in there zone area only. Or the are fined. Thank you Avon for your help Brownsburg needs a lesson in costumer service

not so good last time

I was so excited to FINALLY have a papa john's open near me, only to find out that they STILL didn't deliver to my home...but 2 streets over. I placed an order online for chicken poppers, a buffalo chicken pizza & the pepp & saus w/6 cheese to pick-up. I never got a confirmation email, so had to call & verify. It STILL wasn't ready 25 minutes later when we arrived & the employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. The pizza was horrible. After eating an entire slice with only 1 pc. of pepperoni, I actually counted to find that there were only 16 pcs. of sausage on the whole large pizza!!! 3 slices had none & my son said the buffalo chicken was "Gross". I will now be going right back to pizza hut who DOES deliver right to my door & I can get a $6 1 topping w/plenty of sausage. I am so disappointed at how the quality of food has gone down. I used to get the Papa's favorite & even though the description of this pepp/saus/6 cheese was the same except for pepp. being added...there was NONE of the seasoning & the taste was nothing like it used to be. I feel like we wasted the $23.99 that was spent on the pizza & no one seems to care at all. It was so bad I did not want replacements and no refund for the pizzas was offered.

The commercial pizza looked better than what I actually got. Wasnt very good. Shoukd have went to DOMINOS

Very bad experience. Ordered a Vegan cheese and tomato pizza and received normal cheese. As this was ordered just before closing and the store was already closed once we realised, we phoned the next day. This was the angel Islignton branch, after some discussion we were promised a refund when we phoned the next morning. However, as we were staying in Battersea. their recommendation to bring us the refund as cash, wasn't viable. We where then promised that if we contact customer service we would receive a refund within 3 days.... however 15 days later we are still waiting. Terrible customer service, very overpriced, and if you have allergies or intolerance avoid at all costs!!!

Placed order online, using the app and wrong pizza was delivered without extra items ordered. Called store and manager said that it didn't come across properly so its not their problem. Thank God for other quality, caring establishments.

Don't order they are rude they will question you about who you are why different phone numbers they will cancel your order I have never in my life have had papa John's and wanted to try it out but I know now never to place an order with them and get questions why I'm placing an order they are very rude never again I'm telling people I know don't order from this place PAPA JOHN'S IN Victorville the Lady was just RUDE NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN CONSIDER PAPA JOHN'S 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 THANK GOODNESS I NEVER ATE THERE PIZZA

I order from time to time only when I can afford it and only because my children likes their pizza I personally like "little ceasars"just the same and they are waaaay cheaper! There is nothing about Papa John's pizza that stands out except the price!😕You need to lower your prices seriously!

I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza and sadly it was awful. I could hardly fathom why someone would pay nearly $20 for a pie that has no redeeming qualities. The crust was overly brittle and hard to manage. Folding the pizza slice in half is like separating two tectonic plates. The cheese is more clumpy than stringy like it’s supposed to be. The only thing this pizza has is a whole lot of salt. If you want an appetizing dinner for your family, stay away from Papa John’s Pizza.

Don't order from Papa Johns unless you want them to turn up at the wrong address, not pick up the phone and then charge you for your order.

I've still been charged for an order I didn't receive and even escalating my complaint has been an ordeal. Their customer service have been useless and the email address they gave me to escalate my complaint has ignored me for over a week.

Stick to ordering from literally anyone else. Like anyone else. Just get a pizza from Tesco, it might be rubbish but it at least it'll be at the correct address.

Always love their pizza and service. One Friday night I placed the order for our pizza and my husband picks it up on his way home from work. He had to work about 45 minutes overtime so was quite late picking up the pizza. When he got there, they had him wait about 5 more minutes and made him a fresh one!
