Papa Johns Gives Me Tummy Issues And I Went In There For Pickup And They Gave Me The Not Right Order.

I do a lot of traveling since I retired, and I know I can count on a local Papa John’s for a vacation pizza night for my grandkids! The quality is relatively similar across their locations/franchises, and the flavor of the pizzas is by far the best of any delivery chain I have used. It is definitely a good option for your pizza needs for a relatively affordable price. Enjoy pizza night!

yea so i order deal pizza & stick & chicken popper & sauce suppose on chicken but not. i order late & deliver after close so have call next day. bad bad custumer service say i must report same day if problem! how report when deliver after close?

Papa Johns are very good but Unforenetly most of places we order from have bad workers. I ordered online once I was at work and I put the time when to be picked up I saved and sent it o my grandma. My grandma arrives and the pizza was sitting there and the workers were rude to her saying the pizza was done two hours earlier. They ended up making new pizzas but please make sure your employees read the order slip right.

I have always enjoyed Papa John's Pizza. Not sure why so many disapprove of them. I am absolutely addicted to their spinach artichoke pizza dipped in the sides of cheese sauce they offer for an additional cost! IT IS SOOO GOOD!!! :))

Love them. I ordered a surprise pizza for my long distance boyfriend's birthday and they added some free cheese sticks. Also he wasn't home when he got there but they waited for him and I just really appreciated their help in my little surprise. Thanks guys!

You have the most delicious pizza. I especially liked spicy pizza and pineapple pizza.

I’ve been going to the same papa johns for a while. Never a problem and always praised them. One bad experience and nobody wants to know. Wrote email after email to the customer service team and can be bothered to respond. Shows how much they value your custom. Won’t be going back. A simple apology would of been acceptable but that’s too much to ask from this company

Deliver too early or too late and they get an attitude if you complain

Turkey, Izmir Bornova branch customer care sucks. Store responsible teenager called us liars because we claimed our 2 souffles which are free for first orders ?! He told us we already received it before and we lie about that. Also pizza tastes horrible everything is crappy experience!

I dont usually stop by to leave a bad review, but my last order was really disappointing. Please, please work on the quality of the food you feed us with!

I Ordered pizza and paid for it online. I sent my husband to pick it up on his way home and they would not give him the order because he didn't have my credit card with him. They want him to come pick up my card and I'd before they would give him our $16 order. My husband told them to cancel the order and keep the pizza. Nice how they are willing to waste food. I was not charged. But the manager was very rude. I emailed Papa John's customer service about the problem a week ago and got no response.
Update. I contacted customer service a week ago and they were shocked no one contacted me. They said I would hear from someone in the next couple days and another week has gone by with no response.

Easily the best pizza around, not too greasy, pepperoni you can actually taste and soft crusts. Papa john won't disappoint, Papa bless.

As far as pizza chains go... I'm kind of in love with some Papa John's. This location in particular is great. Everyone has always been nice.

A huge con with this company is the website, it is too slow, and lags too much. They make enough money to have a faster, smooth running website. Other than that, the food makes up for the webpage. The pizza has been the same since I was a little girl! DELICIOUS! The quality remains unbeatable! Their wings are great too!

Their cheese pizza with jalapeno and olive toppings was great. It was delicious, though not as much as many other local ones. Some upgrading in terms of taste and quality would help them, for sure.

False Advertising

They calim on their pizza box 'love your pizza or we'll deliver another one free'

Well I received a cold, chewy pizza an hour after ordering. I raised a complaint with head office and was eventually offered 50% off my next pizza.

They need to reprint their boxes to reflect this: 'love your pizza or we'll deliver another one half price'

Worst pizza chain I have ever dealt with, they claim "papa's guarantee" but employee rude, unqualified pizza makers who can not take an order correctly and when you ring to complain about it, you get the phone slammed down on you with an unsatisfactory manner sent a complaint email and 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply, no guarantee at all, and to top it off, the so called XXL pizza's at £20 is only the same size as a L (measure it) complete rip off. Stick with the well known chains that have been around for years Pizza Hut & Dominos can't go wrong.
