We found Payless Furniture very helpful with a couple of queries we had before purchase. Delivery went well. Furniture - 2 x Richmond cream triple wardrobes and top boxes are great. You just need to look at the assembly instructions carefully. We're really pleased with this and great value for money. Our bedroom now looks lovely.

Spoke on phone before ordering as been let down with another company, very nice chap on the other end, filled in order form with no problem and item was delivered in record time, from ordering to delivery 3 days, all good, only one problem there were no instructions with item, but as item was pre boxed not this company's fault

They arrived within two days and were taken upstairs for us. Easy to put together, all the parts were there, and they look great. Very pleased with product and service.

Good quality products at a reasonable price, although assembly instructions could be a little clearer. Trying to contact the delivery contractor was a nightmare though - failed to make contact prior to delivery, as promised, then unloaded boxes into porch damaging plants and blocking access to the house.

Reasonable price and delivered on time. We had a problem as some of the screw's supplied were the wrong size, but made one phone call to the company and we received the correct sized screws promptly.
