Excellent service, fast delivery. Very pleased with the quality of the furniture. Would recommend.

We bought pine bedroom furniture from the Richmond range. We found the product to be of high quality and the assembly straightforward. Care must be taken with the assembly to achieve the best results, however the finished furniture is both attractive and robust.

The service we received from Payless Furniture was exemplary, we ordered online using their clear and easy to use website, and paid by credit card. We made a small error in the order and emailed Payless with the amendment; they corrected the order and immediately put through a credit to cover it. The amount we spent covered us for their free delivery option.

Communication from Payless was also very good; one of the items we had ordered was not in stock and they let us know straight away, offering to deliver the order straight away, and the balance as soon as it was available, still with free delivery. They kept us in touch with the status of the order and let us know when it would be delivered. Their delivery company contacted us giving a tracking number for the order, and letting us know the day, and am/pm, of when our order would be delivered. The items were well packed, and arrived on time, with no errors.

During assembly we had a problem with one of the parts and when we let Payless know, they sent a replacement by first class mail immediately.

I am glad to give this review, and to recommend David, as he was very helpful and saw us right through the order.

After a history of broken items arriving via Royal Mail, I was worried about ordering any more flatpack furniture.(not this supplier).
My fears were unfounded with this company.
Not only did everything arrive before the expected date, but it was personally delivered by someone actually from the company, who cared
about customer service, and the condition the goods arrived in.
All I can say now is well done and thank you, any further purchases will be with your company.

We had looked at many sites etc for just the right furniture at just the right price. We certainly found it at Payless Furnitire. They initially offered a realist delivery date and then we were delighted when the told us delivery would be in just two day! We have waited a long time to buy our new bedroom furniture and couldn't be more delighted with the Richmond suite we bought. Very well packed so no bumbs or scrapes, Clear and precise instructions and extra screws just in case. We just love our new light and bright bedroom can't wait to go to bed just to lay and look at it!

Cannot fault the delivery as goods were delivered within 48 hours.
The wardrobe was fitted by my son and daughter and they said there were holes in parts that shouldn't be ,and none were there should have been. I had trouble connecting the drawers in the sliders but overall I am pleased with both the wardrobe and the bedside cabinet which was easy to put together

Lightweightw but well made, easy assemble ready to go or Paint/varnish to your chosen finish, good value for money, speedy delivery. Overall a good purchase.
