Their IT is shambolic
Worked ok until my card expired and needed updating to the new one.
They sent mails from a no reply address (all their mail do this, not helpful) with a link to (supposedly) fix it.
ERROR 404 Every time.
Sent mails to their ''Contact us..'' Nothing.
Wasted lots of time finding a work around.
Turns out this was my last payment so never have to deal with this outfit again.

The process was absolutely fine but at the end the order wasn't processed so no service or MOT booking made and I'm just left with a credit agreement where I'm paying for nothing. I haven't got the time to chase it up so will hope it remedies itself.

ive used payment assist for awhile now…
ive used payment assist for awhile now and have always paid on time everytime never missed a single payment but yet I tried in June 2026 and was declined so waited the 3 months to apply again in September and yet again declined even though ive repaid every single account ive ever had with them so now they can stick there plans for credit where the sun dont shine

Fairly Straightforward
Was pretty simple to complete the online form and not too in-depth questions. The final signing wasnt overly clear how to do, but maybe it was me being a bit dim. Overall a quick, fairly easy process. Would recommend.
