Payment assist was easy to follow the process. I was not able to pay a large purchase but using this system i was able to spread the cost which was good. the online application took a matter of minute and was dealith quickly and no fuss. would use again and recommend it.

Personally used payment assist twice…
Personally used payment assist twice now and each time was via National Tyres/Halfords to buy new tyres.
Had a choice of options and offers 0% interest on certain options when filling out application form.
Of course if you choose longer repayment choice you’ll pay interest but it’s clearly shown.
First deposit is immediate and when due dates are close, within a week, you receive a text/email reminding of plan to have direct debit taken from your account.
I can only post what I have experienced and I can say overall I’m completely satisfied with Payment Assist and will use them again in near future.

I have had two experiences through pay…
I have had two experiences through pay assist, and i have to say im very happy with their service the set up is fairly quick and easy and payment is done straight away, have had slight issues with finance, payment moved/plan set in place stress free a lil question why but still payments are made, ok i had a 40 minute wait to settle today but hey im settled, hopefully putting some good credit back on file.

The documents came in thick and fast…
The documents came in thick and fast but all I had to do was click ‘sign’ and I got a confirmation (more emails😂) to say it was done. You can’t sign the same document twice which was helpful when I was losing track of which ones I had done. I was pleased with how it went so smoothly considering car finance has to be a paperwork-heavy process.

I am absolutely buzzing with how…
I am absolutely buzzing with how incredible Payment Assist has been! They completely saved my skin when I was caught in a massive financial bind with my BMW X-Drive.
I had already budgeted and saved up for a costly transfer case replacement. However, while preparing the car, I discovered one damaged tyre. Because it's an X-Drive, you can't just replace one, I suddenly found out I had to buy four brand new tyres to protect the drivetrain. I was completely caught out and stressed about how I'd cover the extra cost alongside the transfer case repair.
Enter Payment Assist. Their application and approval process was incredibly simple, fast, and stress-free. Thanks to them, I got all four tyres sorted without breaking the bank, and they’ve even arranged for them to be fitted right at my home this Thursday afternoon so I don't have to miss extra work.
I cannot thank this company enough. Truly a lifesaver for motorists when unexpected costs hit. 10/10 stars!
