Trying to link a PC Financial MC won't let me do it .. Tried the chat option says I need to call to speak to a live agent . When I tried this week I get its 1.5 hrs wait times to speak to live person and by that time you get hung up on and you never really truelly speak to anyone so problems never really get resolved .. May cancel my MC and move on to another card just for the lack of customer service . It alike they have one person for all these calls! And can't resolve issues on chat cause of privacy and security issues 😒

I was forced to give a 1 star rating in order to continue. I would give negative stars if that were possible. While I am still able to earn PC Optimum points, for some inexplicable reason, which coincided with me upgrading from PC Financial Mastercard to PC Financial World Mastercard, I am unable to redeem PC Optimum points. I have had a few “case numbers”, have had my “case” escalated to a “specialist” but NO response from “specialist” and NO resolution to this issue. Seems like a very poorly run operation. And forget phoning for assistance as it’s simply an exercise in further frustration.

Horrible experience with my account…
Horrible experience with my account being frozen for unclear reason without notifying me! While trying to resolve the issue, I was forced to wait on the phone for the next "available" representative for 1.5 (!) hour... finally was promised that a supervisor would call me within 24 hours and needless to say nobody got in touch. Sent a PM via FB messenger, received another "confirmation" of my case being escalated and a promise to hear back from the support team - silence... Missed the points redemption event I was waiting for, and now not even sure if someone will look into the problem PC Optimum created themselves. Outrageous!

Too bad you can't give a negative rating. % calls later and problem still not solved. Just called waited 55 minutes only for the representative to answer a phone with back ground talking. She tells me she is having technical difficulties and says she is putting me back in the queue for next available person. It takes me back to step 1 and I have to go through all the automated choices, guess what another 55 minute wait. What horrible service.
PC health app has become a scam & a waste of time
this review isn't for PC Optimum so much as it is for the PC health app, which has become a complete waste of time & a clear indicator of how greedy & corrupt this company is. What happened to the 1000 points awarded as bonuses????? What happened to the 500 point "programs"???? Now everytime program awards only 100 points. I refuse to get your garbage credit card & I rarely shop @ your overpriced stores so my point accumulation is nearly non-existent. Thank you RCSS, for terrible service & continuing to make it harder for your customers

I have $112 points and i want to redeem my points and i can’t redeem it, so shoppers store told me to call them and when i called them they said they are suspecting suspicious thing going on with my account which was a lie. So they told me i have to wait for 10 days day and they will fix my pc optimum account so i can redeem it, and i have wait for the 10 business days have passed already and when i call and tell them the 10 business day have passed already, they are saying i have to wait for the specialist to get back to me and nobody is getting back to me, and always giving me different stories when i call. This pupils are lies and theifs. I don’t recommend anyone to use pc optimum because they will try and steal your points. They are theifs.

Doesn't Work!!
I have been a PC Optimum customer for 10 years. If I could give this app/service a -4 I certainly would. Can't login in to get the offers or points that I have for over 3 weeks...called and was on hold for over 45 mins. No customer service. Can't delete the app either. Makes me wonder what's really going on and what kind of info they are keeping on me and other customers. More risks than benefits...Don't bother with this one there are plenty of other apps

The worst customer service I ever got was from PC. I got my mastercard in may because there was a 100k points offer and I was looking for a mastercard as well. I activated my card on 22nd may and made my first transaction the same day at a Esso gas station and after that I contacted customer service at least 10 times regarding the bonus points that I made a transaction and when will I get the points and everyone told me to just wait, I asked again and again that do I need to fulfil any other conditions to get those points and again everyone told me to wait for 4-6 weeks and didn't tell me that my transaction at Esso wony count, now after more than 3 months I didn't receive any points and got to know that the transaction I made doesn't count and its my mistake.
Like after asking again and again about everything nobody told me or explained me anything before and now you guys are telling me that I didnt met the conditions.
Thank you for the worst service and wasting my time in contacting you guys again and again.
I have a pc optimum 1card
I have a pc optimum card, for over 15 yrs. Load my offers every Thursday. Offers loaded are also for the app. I bought $50 worth of Gas. Did not get them. Filed a complaint still did not get the. Called pc optimum, 25min before any one answered. Still not resolved. This is not the first time, I find this happening multiple times. I’m now ready to cancel my pc master card an pc points card. I feel that there I a lot of BS and that they wanted to minipulate the customers in many ways

Pc plus chez esso mobile, une vrai joke , les points promis sont enregistrés une fois sur 3 , en magasin la carte ne scanne pas , même si tu as enregistrés sur ton appareil mobile.
C'est fini depuis 2018 je dois me battre avec eux pour des points manquants , je leurs donne mon numéro facture, la date et les articles achetés sois mes offres, mais il oublie 1 fois sur 2 de me remettre mes points et cela malgré les preuves, facture, dates . Pas fort pc plus

La pire application de fidélisation : nous demande constamment de se reconnecter. Si erreur même après l'envoi d'un code de vérification, nous arrive avec un accès impossible au serveur. Et que dire des gels répétitifs de notre compte sous prétexte qu'ils ont détecté un usage possiblement illégal à notre compte.

I would have rated zero, but the minimum is one. There web page is so difficult to use and I am tired of constantly getting error messages every time I try to do something. I have shredded my card and my mom’s cards. They can keep our accumulated points. Very disappointed. They should be ashamed.

I talked to a live agent Pavan on virtual assistant and he never answered any of my questions, completely took his time and absolutely didn’t do a damn thing. Then sends me a case closed email. The email has a review the agent which leads to a dead link! This is my first and last time using PC express and optimum. DO NOT USE these scammers. My case was because they over charged me and I wanted to transfer my points and close my account. Stay far away and your welcome - Calgary AB

PC Optimum program is a sham
With very few exceptions, your stores have the worst "deals" around the GTA. Almost every single product you offer is considerably more expensive than other stores. You mark up items by untold margins and offer a fraction of those markups as "points" to redeem as "added value" to the consumer. I have been shopping elsewhere in recent months. Currently, I only shop at PC stores when I have points to redeem, which I accumulate with my PC Mastercard while shopping elsewhere. In my opinion, the PC Optimum program and all other "points" programs are a huge deception to the consumer, whereby retail chains (monopolies) inflate prices and offer the proverbial "carrot" as reward to the consumer, who you see as the donkey.
