My wife bought one of their candles. We regularly light candles in our bedroom. Safely on a holder, never a problem. I lit their candle, lay down on the bed and all was well for a while. Then I heard an almighty crack and the candle had exploded. The glass holder had shattered and hot wax went everywhere. I couldn't touch it for hours until the wax had solidified. Major clean up operation required. Not happy. I have photos but no option to upload...

Ich habe ein Parfum gekauft und Flüssigseife. Der Duft ist so schwach, als wäre da etwas bei der Produktion nicht richtig gelaufen. Das Parfum verfliegt schon nach 5 Minuten. Ich hatte genau dieses Parfum schon einmal früher gekauft und es duftete sehr stark und hielt 24 Stunden.

Goods arrived in perfect condition and on time. The packaging was secure but maybe a bit excessive?

Wonderful candles with beautiful perfumes. My favourites are anything with patchouli but the are all delicious. Best of all they burn evenly.
Very quick delivery and well packaged. Easy site to use. Not much more money than well known perfumed candles and they burn flat and evenly and that is worth everything.

The order arrived promptly and very well packaged. Having said that one of the candles was smashed to little pieces so may have happened during the packaging process.

Ordered my favourite handcreme to my destination in Hamburg Germany. Unfortunately had to pay a fortune for delivery plus another Fortune for tax.
Apart from that the hand cream is wonderful but the dealing with tax etc is very complicated and expensive.

Considering this wasn't from Amazon or a large chain. Finding the product (bought as a gift about 4years ago) was surprisingly easy. Ordering was even easier and it arrived before I even remembered i ordered it. Smelling just how I remember.. perfecto. I might have to come all the way down to the store to try new products, and leave with a big bag!
