This was our first time using Perfect Stays and we weren't disappointed. From the first contact to the last everyone was really helpful and knowledgeable about the properties. We stayed at Daymarker near Fowey. Beautiful Property, very comfortable and well equipped with fabulous views from upstairs towards the coast. We appreciated the welcome hamper which was full of local goodies. The location was great, just off the road but far enough to be quiet and we didn't hear the traffic at all and couldn't see the road from the property. It was also possible to walk in the fields surrounding the property. We had a lovely relaxing week exploring the area and walking the coast path but it was always good to return to Daymarker and to make use of the outdoor pool, even on the wettest day!

We had a fantastic stay at Ria Reach. It has stunning views and everything we needed for our 1 week stay. It is located. Lose to Fowey which has some great restaurants.

Compass Point is a beautiful spacious house in a stunning location. The house has been designed to make the most of the views wherever possible. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out inside and out. Lying in the hot tub gazing at the views is a memory that will stay with us always.

We had a brilliant stay in Samphire house. Fantastic location..close to beach, farm shop etc. the house was immaculate. Very spacious. Amazingly equipped. No detail was forgotten.. plenty of constant hot water. Masses of cupboards amd hangers ! A great shoes ho,der at front door. All these added to make our stay perfect. The team at Perfect Stay were always available amd happy to answer any queries.

Wow, what a beautiful house treyarnon view is. A fabulous location with stunning views and only a 15 minute walk to our favourite beach.
The house was very clean and so well equipped there wasn’t anything else we could have wished for, the only thing I would say is it would be great to know on the info amenities that are already there - for example hairdryer, kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc, it would save asking or ordering on the food shop for future customers.
The house offers plenty to do on rainy days with the games room and hot tub, with so much space that you aren’t on top of one another.
Overall a fantastic house, we would definitely stay again in the future.

We had an amazing holiday in a beautiful house. Lovely views, easy access to the beach, ticked every one of our boxes. We found Perfect Stays excellent to deal with, the booking was easy and everyone I spoke to was very polite, helpful and friendly. The check-in procedure was extremely efficient and the welcome basket was much appreciated. We would have no hesitation in booking through them again and we hope to be able to book the same house again.

Fair Skies is a beautiful property with a real wow factor. Located in the lovely small village of St. Merryn it is located on the main road in a set back plot. It is beautifully appointed and furnished throughout to a really high standard and had everything we could need to make the stay incredibly relaxing. It has a huge drive for plenty of cars and a massive garden that the dogs loved. The three living areas meant we could enjoy them for quite time, gaming and socialising. Lots of facilities in the village which was a short walk from the house and was perfect for the type of break we wanted. We will certainly be back.

Perfect stays were a brilliant company to deal with and extremely responsive and helpful when we needed them.
We had a wonderful stay at Poldhu as a wider family of 6 adults a baby and a dog. The house was beautiful and in a fantastic location with easy access to the expansive beach.
We played golf on the nearby pristine course, hired bikes and ventured along the Camel trail and also experienced a local kayaking trip.
The holiday was just perfect and it was wonderful on an evening to relax outside in the garden and sit in the hot tub watching the sun set.

Our stay at Shun Lee, St Ives, Cornwall was without a doubt one of the best holidays my family of 12 have experienced. From start to finish we were assisted by a team of friendly people who made our stay easy so that we could get on with our wonderful holiday. The history of the beautiful house is intriguing enough but for our large family there was lots of room and facilities to enjoy precious time together. With its magnificent panoramic views it was like living in a luxury hotel whilst being left alone to take it all in. Thank you Perfect Stays.

Exceptional customer service and support, both before, during and after our stay. The 'concierge' service was a blessing, finding us amazing dinner spots and a sourcing a delicious, personalised birthday cake. Our holiday home was beautifully presented and in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next holiday!

Excellent from Booking to departure! Lovely property with everything you could possibly need, well equipped, modern and clean. Loved evenings relaxing in the upstairs room and the sociable downstairs living space. Great use of the outdoor space for sun at different times of day. Would highly recommend for large families where space is a must!

This was our second visit to Prennek House and once again the house and area exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate with everything super clean. The welcome hamper was amazing and very welcome. The one feature we all really liked was the warm outdoor shower which was fantastic for rinsing off under after a body boarding session at Mawgan Porth. We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic week staying at Lizard in Harlyn Bay and made all the better by the great service from the team at Perfect Stays. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be rebooking for next year.

Booked a week at Cornerways in St Mawes with Perfect Stays having very little knowledge of what to expect.
But if you are after a completely relaxing break then this is for you.
St Mawes is a 5min walk from cornerways but the sea and boats can be seen from the front room and terrace. The weather was perfect and the terrace was used a lot. A real sun trap. A clean and comfortable house ideal for unwinding. And Perfect Stays were brilliant in making sure we were happy.

Our first time using Perfect Stays for our weeks holiday staying at Poldhu, Harlyn Bay. We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect for the beach. The house is very well set up and worked perfectly with 3 teenagers who enjoyed the hot-tub and exploring the beach. The welcome hamper was a delight and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We used the BBQ one evening and all the kit was there. We hope to return again soon and definitely lucked out with the weather 7 brilliantly sunny days, what more could you ask for.

Roscarrock is an incredible house in a beautiful location overlooking Porthcothan Bay. We were a family group of 13 and 2 dogs. The high end furnishings and abundance of space was just perfect for us. We had a private chef recommended by Perfect Stays who produced a wonderful 5 course taster menu.

It really was a perfect stay for us and we all want to return to Roscarrock.

We absolutely loved the holiday home. Everything worked so well for our family. Beachfront is such an amazing home, the kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were lovely, the bedding superb and the lounge was just perfect, very specious (ideal for our family with two little ones)and of course breathtaking views! We did not except that! Watching sunsets whilst having dinner with a glass of wine and admiring surfers enjoying the sea in the morning was just so lovely! I can’t tell you how many times we said ‘wow’ including my two year old :) the children loved playing in the front garden before their bedtime too! The beach was so close so it was super easy to go there with the children (and all beach equipment!). A nice cafe with yummy food and ice cream on the beach was just a bonus. Lindsay from Concierge team was incredibly helpful with all holiday preparations too!

We just loved it and already booked with Perfect Stays for our next holiday, thank you so much!

This is a terrible place managed by two very poor companies.
You can’t check in until 4:30pm on the Saturday you arrive, you then have to unload your luggage, get orientated in the house and you have 30 minutes to identify any major issues as the property management company closes at 5pm for the weekend.
We had a major issue and it spoilt the holiday.
The house is designed with large panoramic glass doors in the lounge, obviously to take advantage of the views of the ocean. Unfortunately the owners have not provided blinds or curtains or any windows so you are sitting in a greenhouse. It is absolutely boiling hot.
The doors will open but there are no latches on them so when there is a breeze they either slam shut or open into the glass terrace fence.
We felt we needed to raise this as a problem.
We found this out shortly after arriving but after 5pm. We telephoned the Out of Hours number as information provided said a Senior Manager would be on duty to resolve issues. The person who answered the telephone wasn’t a Senior Manager and said no Senior Managers were available and I would have to ring back on Monday.
I dread to think what we would have done if we had an emergency like a fire.
As it happens someone did ring me back later that evening and they suggested we use the tea towels to wedge the doors open and someone would visit the property early in the week and replace the tea towels. !!!
Can you image our thoughts….Cornwall is a long drive from most of the UK, you have arrived and managed to get your luggage into the property, you have paid in excess of £5500 per week for a supposed luxury property and you are then told to wedge the doors open with tea towels.
Perfect Stays telephoned me on Monday and said someone from the Property Management Company would visit us on Tuesday to discuss the issues and see what they could do to help.
NO ONE TURNED UP.
When we were unloading our luggage we both slipped on the rug in the hallway. We checked the rug and it did have anti slip patches but they were old and worn out.
The rugs in the lounge and main bedroom are also old and had corners rolled up.
There are large cobwebs above the doors in the lounge.
Obviously the house is not cleaned very well and furnishings and fittings not checked regularly for wear and tear.
When the sun is setting it streams through the lounge doors ( owing to there being no blinds or curtains) and completely blinds the TV, making it unwatchable.
All in all the lounge area is a disaster and not really livable during the summer.
There are three manuals provided for Health and Safety of the pool, all written in Mr Corporate Speak language, talking of Method Statements, Risk Assessments etc, obviously to cover the owners from being sued, but there are no instructions on HOW TO USE THE POOL.
There is a large heavy square thing lying on the pool cover. What do you do with this when the pool cover is rolled back.
No instructions where the switch is to heat the pool before use, no instructions if you actually need to heat the pool before use, no instructions to where the switch is for the resistance, is it in the kitchen, is it on the wall or floor next to pool, nothing.?
You may know where to find these things if you have used a resistance pool before but if you haven’t then..tough.
The owners are either very mean or the property management company are doing a terrible job.
The bottles of toilet cleaner in both the main bathrooms only had one application left in the bottle. The aerosol of hand cream left as a token gesture in the second bathroom was totally empty.
Other places we have stayed at have provided luxury soaps, conditioners, shampoo etc.
These things which may be quite minor in themselves but lead me to believe the house is run as cheaply as possible, not maintained or cleaned to a sufficient standard when customers are paying more than £5500 for a week.
The Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of our trip were fine sunny days so we visited the local area but we had to stay away from the property until well after sundown owing to the heat and the uncomfortableness in the lounge . Even returning to the property well after 8pm the room was unbearable.
The week was spoilt by the poor state of a supposed luxury property and general standards we wouldn’t expect.
All of these issues have been raised with Perfect Stays and although they have responded, albeit in a lengthy response, it was basically “thank you for your comments, they have been noted”
I certainly would not recommend this property as there are far better quality and vastly cheaper properties to rent from other companies.

What a fabulous week! Despite the weather, Waders was perfect for celebrating a 70th, 40th and just all being together as a family. The grandchildren loved the garden and playing hide and seek in all the bedrooms downstairs! The Concierge service was excellent from Perfect Stays and through them we found Craig, our chef for the evening, who cooked up a delicious meal in the lovely kitchen. We would definitely use your company again.

Lovely property in a great location between Rock and Polzeath. We've been coming to the area for over 30 years and this is definately one of the best properties we've stayed in, in terms of the quality of the property and the ease of service from Perfect Stays.

Our only niggle was there's only one TV in a small snug. A lovely idea for family time but in a week where there was football and tennis on, it was a bit awkward to squeeze us all in there (only four seats) everytime!
