Great Customer Service!
Great Customer Service!! I had ordered a fragrance from them and when the box was delivered from USPS, it appeared tappered with. The tape on one end had been opened and skewed to go back in place. The box was empty. The corregated wrapping was still in the box but the bottel was not inside. By the way the box was re-taped it did not just fall out.
I then printed the USPS tracking and went to the post office with the box. When they received the box from Perfume Click it weighted 5.4 oz and that day it weighed a lot less.
I knew it was not any error on Perfume Click's part and all in the USPS system. USPS took NO responsibility.
I emailed Perfume Click, explained, and told them exactly what I have written. I asked if by chance, they could give me a discount on another bottle.. without hesitation, they replied and said they want their customers happy!! They shipped me another bottle with no charge for me at all.
Now, that's Customer Service!!

unfortunately the price of my Sisley product I purchased through Perfume Click is reflected in the fact that it has a expiration of 2017 and was made 4 years ago. When I received the product I looked up the batch number. Be aware that this may be the reason the products are so much cheaper! Disappointed.
