Did not refund me when I returned Item back to them, will never use them again. Can't call to resolve issue, email rejects being sent due to "errors" 3 times so you can't contact them for resolution
I returned Item men's fragrance (wrong one) sent item back with information on my acct. to refund. Not credited to my acct. After several tries to contact,
finally talked with rep who said sure no problem return item but did not tell me if any authorization would be required, so I sent it back by USPS
and they did not refund. I paid $78.06 plus paid for the return postage.

We have not had any similar complaints of email errors, please make sure you are sending your emails to: info@perfume-click.com. You have been asked to send the tracking information for your return in order to get refunded but you have not yet done this and have not responded to our enquiries to do so. Please get in touch again so that we can sort this out.
