I bought a personalised jewellery box and when it arrived there was a flaw in the paintwork. Becca got back to me really quickly and organised a replacement. Great customer service! I would highly recommend. The box is beautiful too and made with good quality materials. My step daughter will love it. Thanks!

Shocking customer service. Emailed twice regarding delivery, never received a reply and was for 80th birthday. Will not use again as no telephone contact either

The product was delivered well packaged and I'm pleased with the quality.

Specifically choose a birthday card for 5 year old boy that was personalised immediately noticed when order was submitted that the form said ‘none’ in all the lines where personalisation should be - clearly a fault with the submission form, contacted company straight away to ask if they had received requested personalisation to be advised that they had not. Immediately emailed back sent screenshots of the required personalisation and asked for it to be added to the order received no response to my email so followed up 3 days later, finally received a response stating that it is company policy not to amend orders or offer refunds where ‘mistakes’ have been made when ordering. I appreciate that is company policy but in the circumstances where there was clearly a fault with the order form and it is very unlikely anyone would order a personalised birthday card with no personalisation in I would’ve thought that it would be good customer care on these occasions to correct the error and provide the paid for goods. Not even sent the blank card so effectively paid for goods, refused to amend to order even though there was clearly a fault, poor customer service and didn’t even receive basic goods paid for. Had to purchase another card elsewhere. Disappointed.

I have joined a group with other customers with the same issue as me who will be taking it further if you do not refund or send what I ordered ( WITH PERSONALISATION ) !!!

Ordered the product over 13 days ago with 24-hour delivery. After emailing them to ask for a delivery update they said 'your order has been dispatched and on it's way. You will receive it shortly'

Nothing for a week so I chased. No response so chased again only to be informed 'yes, we have just sent it today' - 13 days after the order and given a tracking number that doesn't work!

Made an order but didn't receive any email confirmation but payment taken. Emailed to check was ordered/on way. Natasha answered email very quickly, gave me all the info I needed. Item delivered next day. Happy with them would use again.

Steer Clear!! Order 2 personalised egg cups. Egg Cups arrived with no personalisation. Contacted customer service and they insisted this is what I ordered and they said there was nothing they can do about it. I insisted that I inputted text and it was there at checkout. If I wanted plain white egg cups I would go to pound shop!! Stay away from these crooks!!

Absolute con artists. I ordered six personalised baubles which were sent unpersonalised. I sent pictures to the customer services and they insist I received what I ordered. This company is called personalise.co.uk it is its usp to personalise their merchandise. Now i'm £75 out of pocket. STEER CLEAR

Paid 48 hr postage. Allowing a slight delay in production and postage because of the festive season I still wouldn't expect not to ha e recieved this 11 days after order. Personally won't buy from this company again because when I emailed to ask for them to look I to it I was told by the first person on the 6th December that my order was dispatched on the 1st then on the 9th I ask the same question and told it was dispatched on the 2nd I eventually received a tracking number after pushing for one to find that it doesn't exist. No help from this company at all other than not their problem now and to take it up with royal mail.”
