Great communication from Becca when I contacted about my order. The clock I ordered is lovely and exactly how I wanted it to look for a special birthday gift.

I ordered a personalised wall clock and emailed the team to find out when I could expect it to be delivered. Becca responded very quickly and advised me that my gift had been dispatched and would be delivered by Royal Mail. Looking forward to getting it.

I placed an order on 11.8.22 at mid day for two small items for my son's 21st birthday which required engraving.

I emailed Charlotte on 12.8.22 at 9.30am to enquire on estimated delivery time and she replied almost instantly with the tracking details.

The order was delivered at 10am on 12.8.22, less than 24 hours after placing the order.

I bought a beautiful personalised diamond paperweight but it arrived with some missing text. When I got in touch with customer services, Becca replied very quickly and said she would organise a replacement. It was a huge relief and pleased to have great customer service from Becca!

I ordered a jug for my sister's teacher as an end-of-term gift. I did not receive the confirmation email, however, after contacting the company using their enquiry form on their website, I was able to receive my confirmation order and details about when it will be dispatched to me. Excellent service. I wanted a diamond wedding anniversary gift that’s different from the usual run of the mill gifts. A beautiful diamond shaped paper weight, beautifully engraved. I am so pleased I found Personalise and a “diamond” gift for a diamond couple. Would certainly recommend and purchase from again.
