Disaster
I opted for the physical card, instead of the digital card, this was a big mistake. Everyone else who received the physical card got theirs by 17th December 2025, mine arrived on 21 January 2026.
I was counting on this to cover Santy for the kids as we were told we'd be receiving 800 euro perx card as our Christmas bonus, some bonus when you don't even receive it......

Overall, a good experience. No problem to add to Google wallet, easy to register and to use
Except the online shopping. I personally couldn't use it for online shopping at all.

Set it up to use online, and couldn't fault it. Card was straight forward to use, and accepted in everywhere I tried. Highly recommend - would defo use again! 100%
Never used a physical card, which may be different/more difficult to use. Most stuff is online shopping for me anyways, and for that, no faults

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. A massive pain in the ass to even get the gift card added to the app and/or wallet.
Add then when I went to actually spend the money, even though I received the text with the verification code, entered the code correctly, the transaction would fail. Attempted this multiple time with no joy. And guess what, their customer service wasn't open, so I'd have to wait until the next day, which isn't a lot of help

Every year this seems to get more complicated
Every year I go back to buy these cards it’s a different setup and never explained on the site. So you have no choice but to call. Eg: existing customer login details that are no longer relevant and you have to reregister as a customer. Again simple enough process just terribly communicated and not on the site.
I had to make multiple calls to incredibly annoying call centres that 2 times gave me the wrong number and this was just to find out that I had to reregister.
If it’s not straight forward next year 100% will be moving to different company.

We have used Perx for the last 4 years
We have used Perx for the last 4 years. Last year and this year were seamless. A few user issues but as far as speed and delivery goes - top marks.

With the mobile phone version found it a lot easier to use and buy things. Only downside and for future updates it be good if it was able to be used for purchasing things online.
