Currently, I am in the middle of selling my property which Pier Management takes responsibility for. As the sale is nearing completion, my solicitor required several pieces of outstanding information to complete the sale.
Consequently, I contacted Annice Brant (via telephone and email) from the Pre-Sales department to seek information connected to these outstanding queries for my solicitor.
Annice was professional, knowledgeable and extremely prompt in responding to my questions, providing the required information to finalise the sale.
After communicating with Annice several times, I must commend Affice for the exceptional service she provided and her first-class communication skills.

Exceptional Pre Sale Service
Pier Management and in particular Theresa Jarman and colleagues have been fantastic throughout and especially with support relating to protracted pre sale enquiries when my son was recently selling his apartment.
Responses were very prompt and helpful and Theresa was super understanding and supportive with answering the many enquiries. Truly a marvellous service, at what was otherwise a rather stressful time, thank you.
Liars small claims court for this company
Due to unfair charges Pier have put on my account I am now taking this company to small claims I strongly encourageothers to take this stance against this company it cost £35 to log a claim. I expect these proceedingsto begin in January. More informationis availableon UK gov website on how to submit a claim.
Please also note that reviews are much easier to fake on trust pilot be conscious of five star reviews of this company not a single one on google reviews and google has a much more robust procedure to stop companies submitting fake reviews. This company are crooks.

destroyed my house purchase plans
After 9 months of trying to buy a property managed by this company, I have had to walk away and am now left destitute. This company are imcompetent, negligent and don't care about the owners that pay them. My solicitors chased for months for a signature on a Deed of Variance that the vendor forked out thousands of pounds for. But, after months of chasing (3 of them living on sofas and out of bags) I have had to move on. Good luck to anyone who wants to buy a property run by this disgusting management company or to anyone hoping to sell their property run by this company. They should be prosecuted and I'll be raising flags with the property Umbudsman!
As sad as it feels to have to walk away from a property I really liked and was patiently waiting for, I also feel like I dodged a bullet!

I needed an important piece of paperwork signed, I spoke to Helen and she walked me through the steps I needed to do - The best part was she set my expectation of when I would hear back and delivered in the time frame.

If you’re a leaseholder, know your rights — you can apply for the Right to Manage (look it up) and take control away from companies like this. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Don’t just put up with poor management — you have the power to take back control and move on.
