Sham of a company
This is a sham of a company. They add late charges on your account and are unable to send correct notifications to you before doing this.
They haven't moved with the times and are unable to email you properly. They are the most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. I understand you can get bad customer service here and there but with these lot, it's all the time.

I was unable to retrieve the information that I required on the Tenant Portal, which is very limited!
However, contacted Stuart Smith, Head of Data - Reporting & Technology, and he responded to my email by return and forwarded the required information the following day! He provided and excellent and efficient service.

Deliberately not sending notices of charges
I've been in my property for 2 years now and today is the first time I've been notified of the charges on the building, either by email or letter.
In that time they've added several charges for late payments.
Oh, and the website looks like it was built by a first year university student given free reign to do what they like.

Awful company to deal with very narcissistic very spiteful twisted unprofessional. Try to use an app more than four times to pay. Your bill. Didn’t work through. Tried to register didn’t work. I emailed them tell them they don’t assist me they just go all the other ways to pay. I’ve had this problem with them for over three years with the app every year I go to pay a bill it gets rejected because it tells me I’m not registered yet. I register every time you and today I’m told I threatened a member of staff by saying what’s your backs where is it ready email it says what’s your backs pay management I am reporting you to social media and the ombudsman so according to them I’m a bully and I’m a nasty person. So yeah back with these people, they’re not professional. They seem to be associated with a debt Collection company has also been set up and works and works alongside Pierre management. I find it very very interesting. Nothing suspicious nothing old about that it’s very legit but one side is a property management company. The other side is a debt collection company which has been set up by 2 million a business people and his run not very nicely or professionally.
Patience & Help
I had problem with my registration a few times, Luke helped me with right guidance and had the patience to wait for my responses! Finally it was sorted out, he had both time & patience to help me - which is much appreciated!

Brilliant communication and compassion
Pier Management have manage the ground rent and buildings insurance at my late fathers flat, which we are in the process of selling as Executors of the estate. During the sale process, I have had to contact Pier a few times to help with leaseholder queries from the solicitor and also request a Landholder Certificate. Each time they've always been very supportive and done their best to help assist. Helen Burns in particular have always been very professional and her communication and understanding has been amazing, coming back to us quickly to help resolve any matters. Theresa Jarman has also been brilliant. Can’t thank the ladies enough.
Deliberately didn't update payments on…
Deliberately didn't update payments on their online portal, then forwarded the case on to a Debt Collector for fees I had already paid. After I have supplied proof of payment the debt collector are now chasing additional admin fees for themselves. Why am I paying for Pier Management's incompetence? Complete scam.
The worst management company I have ever used, extortionate fees, don't sent letters on time, then add late payment charges, and refuse to send bills via email. Avoid this company if you can.

I was a little nervous having read previous reviews but my experience of Pier Management has been excellent. During a complex and time pressured title deed variation Lisa in the asset management team has been brilliant. Always polite and calm, professionally following up and going the extra mile to try and get a whole range of stakeholders over the line. Thank you.

The telephones were answered efficiently. I was greeted courteously and my concerns listened to and taken seriously. Action was taken and I received an email with information, as I had requested. An issue that had caused concern for almost a year has been resolved quickly.

Matt was very helpful, and understanding with an issue we had regarding the fire alarm. The reason I deducted one star was just because of Warwick Estates. These are the people Pier Management use to do our maintenance works on the buildings. Thank you very much for your help and chasing up on our issue.
