A thousand for ugliness!
The only reason I am giving them a star, which is really too good for them, is that there is no option for zero or below - unfortunately, because they are (and I say this with all sincerity and awareness) the most useless of the useless and the worst of the worst!
I bought a one-thousand-euro laptop, and with it an extension of the two-year warranty by one year. At three months, the computer developed a problem: it could not charge. Thinking that the problem was the charger, they gave me a multi-charger for a temporary replacement, except that of the twelve or more plugs included in the box, not a single one matched my computer. So, I had to go back to the shop, where it was eventually discovered - after finally finding the right plug - that the problem was not the charger but the computer itself.
So I left it with them and they gave me another one to replace it - which also had a problem and couldn't connect to the internet! I was thus left without a computer, to wait and see what would happen. Eventually they informed me that the motherboard had a problem - which of course I could not be held responsible for. I was told they would fix it but I had of course bought a new computer, not a broken and repaired one. So since the product turned out to have been defective from the start, as I could not have created the problem myself - let alone in three months - I went to demand my money back, or at least a replacement with a new computer. They flatly refused, and the manager had the nerve to tell me that I had just hit the lottery - the one broken computer in a thousand - and that I had to accept it!
Needless to say, I was not prepared to accept such a defeat without a fight. I contacted the “consumer’s advocate” (who, by the way, are still replying to me...) and then the offices in Greece of the manufacturer itself, which agreed without any objection to replace my old machine with a new one. So, how stupid or lazy or ignorant, if anything, are the people in charge of Plaisio, when instead of busting my… and annoying me they could obviously have more easily done what in the end I did myself!
By way of conclusion to the whole story, yesterday I had one last (I hope) experience of the wonderful customer service these guys offer their customers when I went to pick up the repaired computer (which I had of course refused to do up to now) so that the company could proceed with the replacement. I won't go into technical details. I'll just say that they let me go away with a problem of recovering my locked Windows which - as I was informed when I later called them from home for help - could not be solved over the phone!
So here I am, nearly six months since I paid a grand for a new computer, receiving a repaired one just yesterday and I haven't even gotten out of the woods yet, but just hoping that it will happen - thanks only to my own exclusive efforts and at the cost of nerves and a big and unnecessary waste of time.
If mine was not an isolated case (and judging by the rest of the comments, it wasn’t) I predict black news for the shop sooner or later, because no matter how many millions one spends on propaganda and advertising, in the end one will be judged on the basis of reality. In any case, I would like to suggest that anyone who thinks that the name and size of this particular business means credibility and, if anything, good behaviour and treatment, should think twice and stay away, away - and away again! - from those wretches, unless he or she wants to confront their stupidity, incompetence and insolence.
Product delivered in bad condition
This is not the e-shop that it was used to be in any case..There is nothing left to recall the good old days. Since they don't respect their clients they don't deserve a single rating star. There is no reason to buy any product from this eshop anymore as there is no guarantee that the product will be delivered in good condition. I received a product opened and scratched (order no. 6283069). This eshop is becoming a bad example of the Greek Electronic commerce day by day. Shame on you plaisio!
Without a doubt this is the worst company
Without a doubt this is the worst company I have ever come across. Pinning someone down to answer a simple question is impossible and I have been passed to 6 or 7 different departments in a single phone call on 5 occasions. I have received lies from them and the extremely low standards of professionalism is astounding. This company does not deserve your money. Avoid them at all costs.
shady customer support
on September of 2022, bought a keyboard on sales. 10 months later its spacebar stopped working, Send it back to fix it (actually just change the switch of spacebar which was not working). Instead they just refund me the sales price, which was fair. BUT NO fixing NO replacement. When you buy from them better be cautious with their customer support.
Unreliable - unprofessional - failure to meet their own terms and conditions regarding warantee
I bought a washing machine from them for my elderly parents. I purchased a 5 years warantee extension from Plasio. Washing machine has been leaking water since February 2023, nobody has been bothered to go and have a look, nevermind fix the problem. I have emailed tech support and put a complaint through on 01/05. They haven't even bothered responding to any of them. What a lot of charlatans they are, themselves and their associates. I will ask for a refund of the 5 year warantee extension that I bought. Money well spent on thin air. Avoid at any cost.

Ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών!!!! κάναμε μία προπαραγγελία ένα παιχνίδι το οποίο είχε παράδοση δύο μήνες μετά.. Οταν καλέσαμε εμείς για να μάθουμε Πότε θα γίνει η παράδοση, μας ενημέρωσαν ότι έχει γίνει αποδέσμευση του ποσού χωρίς να υπάρχει καμία ενημέρωση είτε τηλεφωνικώς είτε με κάποιο e-mail. Η υπεύθυνη της εξυπηρέτησης μας διαβεβαίωσε ότι θα σταλεί τελικά με αντικαταβολή. Το δεχτήκαμε. Δεν ήρθε ποτέ και ξανά καλέσαμε για να μας πουν ότι η παραγγελία μας τελικά ακυρώθηκε. Η ίδια υπεύθυνη μας ξανά διαβεβαίωσε οτι θα στείλει κανονικά το προϊόν. Ακόμα έρχεται! Για να μην τα πολυλογώ υπάλληλοι και υπεύθυνοι δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται! Καλύτερα να το κλείσουν
PURE FRAUDSTERS
I bought a phone from them (Realme C11 2021) 3-4 months ago. After a few months the phone started being defunct. Crashing, closing till the battery bent it and broke the screen.
I go to a plaisio store and the refuse to repair it, they cancelled my warranty and they literally caused me issues. I had to reach out to the Realme service myself and send it over myself.
If plaisio would have to take it from my home, they would charge me 20 euro extra for shipping fees.
Plaisio, as always, garbage.
Never to be trusted again. Taught a lesson once, won't happen twice.

Never delivered. Poor customer support
Bad delivery experience. They didn't rang my bell, they never called...didn't deliver on slot. Customer support was doubting that this happened...like I had a reason to lie. We live in 2022, you can't offer so bad experience. Never again

Worst company ever. Stay away! No support at all. I bought 2 screens from them that are broken and they refuse to give back my money.

I have never in my life had a worse experience. Not only was my freshly delivered laptop not working properly, not only did they not replace it, bit after twice trying to send it for a repair they tried to convince me that that's the normal way it should be (the screen flickering all the time) and when I asked them to give me a report from the tech support to confirm what they were saying they refused. Buying from them was the worst decision I ve ever made and sadly it was a very expensive laptop. They are not just unacceptable, their ways are borderline illegal.

I had the bad luck to rely on after sales services offered by Plaisio. Possibly the worst company of its kind in Greece. If you want to buy something consumable, go on, but if you need something requiring installation by them or delivery or anything requiring after sales services and support, then avoid Plaisio at all costs and choose any other alternative. Can’t be worse.
Ordered an air frier (May 8th ) and…
Ordered an air frier (May 8th ) and still have not received it . Called them about 10 times and the response was that they are still waiting for the product from the manufacturer. They did not have the decenCy To inform At least I was smart enough not to charge a credit card . It seems that the air frier was a decoy since all other shops charged more for the same air frier . Very unprofessional !!!
Unacceptable service
I ordered an oven by phone and although I deposited the money and called them many times, in order to get the confirmation of my products, they said that this would come when my products were due to delivery!!!
I had deposited 200euro after a phone call, and I received only an order number, where I couldn't see the features of the exact products that I had ordered! I was called several times and asked to sent them the receipt of the deposit, and I had to explain three or four times - two by mail amd two by phone - that the receipt is going to be sent to me by the bank the day after. When I sent it, they didn't receive it, so they called the next day to ask to sent it again. I was in the middle of something else, but had to stop and again sent the receipt, otherwise they couldn't proceed with my order - they said. That was extremely annoying, given the time I had already consumed by writing to them the same things amd exaining the same things over and over. Even though I sent it again two times, and at last two days after the order got the list with the products by mail amd and a date for delivery the day after, no message for delivery time came. I called them again in the morning of the next day, the day of planed delivery as it was confirmed by mail, when I had planed with an electrician. I learned suddenly a new information from the person I talked to: THAT THE MONEY HAD TO BE SEEN FIRST IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT, OR ELSE THEY COULDN'T SEND THE PRODUCT! And additionally, that the oven was not planed to be sent, because they had to wait to see the money transfer in the bank!
How would I know?
And Why the heck did they call me them so many times asking for the receipt of the deposit, if it was of no use?
I should have chosen to pay the money after the delivery - which was an option.
Or even better I should have seen the stars here at trustpilot!

DON'T EVER ORDER SOMETHING BY DEPOSIT OF A FOREIGN BANK! THEY ARE NOT USED TO IT, THEY ARE AFRAID OF IT AND THEY DYSFUNCTION COMPETELY.
Also unacceptable not to receive the product list at once after the order!

I have an adjunct product to the oven, that I was told that it wil be available by the end of the month, but know I am very unsure of when it is going to be delivered....

Slower than the turtle
The delivery is indeed terribly slow. If I was to travel to Cupertino to get my Apple TV, it could have been way faster than getting it from Plaisio in Athens.
