Απλά επαγγελματίες! Παραγγελία κονσόλας PS5 ηλεκτρονικώς, την επόμενη μερα το πρωί (Σάββατο) ήταν στην πόρτα μου. Επίσης, η εξυπηρέτηση του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου είναι άψογη και άμεση. Αρκετά ευχαριστημένος με όλες τις ηλεκτρονικές μου αγορές από το Πλαίσιο.

Αγορασα λαπτοπ 900 ευρω απο 1500 ευρω…

Αγορασα λαπτοπ 900 ευρω απο 1500 ευρω αρχικη τιμη, το οποιο απο την πρωτη μερα κολλησε και δεν ανοιγε, ζητησα αντικατασταση, δεν μου το αντικατεστησαν ποτε, μου προτειναν να κανω update τους drivers και μετα απο 6μηνες αντιμετωπιζω προβληματα ακομη χωρις καμια τεχνικη υποστηριξη επι της ουσιας.

The worst customer service in Greece

I had two terrible experiences with Plaisio. One with a TV from Turbo X. It broke down twice so far and the second time it broke, it took many attempts to get Plaisio to repair it even though it is still under warranty. They left me for a few weeks during a lockdown without a TV because of their reluctance to arrange the repair. Then, this year, I decided to give them.another chance and they told me I wasn't entitled to a refund of a product I was unhappy with even though I requested a refund the same day the item was delivered and was legally entitled to a refund. I had to seek help from the Hellenic consumer rights to get a resolution which supported the fact that I was entitled to a refund. Plaisio dragged the process out for weeks to encourage me to give up. They say they'll call you back, but they don't. Some times they even hung up when they realised I was an English speaker. They also don't respond readily to emails with most of mine going totally unanswered. Very disappointing customer service.

I’m Italian and I bought a AEG dish…

I’m Italian and I bought a AEG dish washer.
After connecting the machine the first trial with an authorised technician it start to leak.
Nevertheless technician declare that the machine was faulty Plaisio declare that was my fault.
This is a very bad company don’t buy anything!

Στο πλαίσιο της Ψηφιακής Μέριμνας

Στο πλαίσιο της Ψηφιακής Μέριμνας, αγόρασα το Turbo-X DK510 Desktop (Intel Core i5 104008 GB240 GBHD 630) από το ΠΛΑΙΣΙΟ.
1) Επεξεργαστής, μητρική και μνήμη επώνυμα! Μπράβο για αυτό.
2) SSD παντελώς noname και δεν υπάρχει ούτε καν στο site τους!
3) Τροφοδοτικό Turbo-X 450w noname και δεν υπάρχει επίσης στο site τους!
4) Τραγική σχέση τιμής/πακέτου!
5) Τελευταίο, το οτι αντί να παραλάβω στην οικεία μου στον Κορινό, υποχρεώθηκα να μεταβώ ο ίδιος σε σημείο πάνω στην Π.Ε.Ο Κατερίνης - Αθηνών για να το παραλάβω!
Μάλλον είναι και η τελευταία φορά που αγοράζω από το πλαίσιο.

pc build to order in Plaisio

I went to Plaisio to Chania, Crete where I am living, to order a desktop computer tailor made. I had a budget big enough to build a well made desktop. I had everything else (mouse keyboard etc) so I needed just a pc that will help me with the editing of videos (Premiere pro). From the first day I bought it (850euros) I had problems. No card reader, ("it's ok I will plug in the cameras with their usb cables") no wifi/bt card ("it's ok I will pass through the whole house a 20m ethernet cable...") and usb ports that are slower than a snail. During the first week one part of the tower fell, a little net from the bottom, and in the back the plastic part that holds all the entrances of the ports, bent and now it's curved... But the most annoying thing is how loud this tower box is ('sharkoon' the recommended one) Apart that it makes a subtle heavy bass sound all the time, the cooler fan is making a loud repeating noise witch is extremely annoying. I have to keep the tower tilted on one side to make the noise less... Really crappy thing. One would imagine that for 850euros could get a sturdy normal pc desktop but in Plaisio they guided me to pay for crap since it was their recommendation for this amount of money. Btw one more absolute fault of the """"""technician""""" that helped be build my pc, is that even though he new that I am dealing professionally with photography, Photoshop and Premiere, he decided to put a 55Gb only SSD and a 1Tb Hdd. Windows, Photoshop and Premiere can be installed and run only on the windows hard drive (even I know that...) so I am dealing everyday with a very heavy ssd that runs everything and has always critical space to execute.
Everybody says that Plaisio is going from bad to worst by bringing less and less quality products, and by pushing more and more the people that need to work for them. My bad... but never again.

worst customer service experience ever ever ever ever. through my employers i got a gift voucher at plaisio,i work in a customer service myself and if i worked like plaisio i would have been fired long time ago. they can hang up - literally, when i say "can i speak english", they hang up or they just transfer me continuously to other people who transfer me again who transfer me again (each time is a waiting time), they say they will call back, they dont. they didnt answer email. the purchase experience was more or less smooth, the warranty experience was all of the above. there is a random nice customer center agent, but i dont know what needs to happen for me to use plaisio again. well ... maybe except my employers giving me another gift voucher, but i would be happy to re gift it or buy something that i know i will not need customer service or warranty service

ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΙΕΣ ΑΠΟ ΑΛΛΟ ΠΛΑΝΗΤΗ

δεν ξέρουν που τους πανε τα τεσσερα. περιμενω επιστροφη χρηματων σε ιδια τραπεζα απο δικια τους ακυρωση. Ακομα περιμενω. Μου επεστρεψαν ενα ποσο κατα 2/3 λιγοτερο απο αυτο που επρεπε και καμια ενημερωση. Εχει χαλασει πολυ και η εξυπηρετηση και η νοοτροπια που εχουν. Το μονο που μου ειπαν μετα απο δικια μου επικοινωνία ειναι οτι έχουν κανεί ολες τις ενέργειες, μόνο ανόητες δικαιολογίες που υποτιμούν την νοημοσύνη μας

Customer services are abysmal!!

I ordered 2 office chairs online. While the delivery was great when I assembled the chairs one was badly broken. Since then it has been a nightmare with customer services. They tell you they will call back and they don't... They give you an email address and you get no response. Hopefully, my PayPal claim will hit home. I have no time for this!

The worst experience ever.

The worst experience ever!!!
I wanted to order a soundbar on December 14th. I asked them if the item was on stock first. They confirmed.
So I placed the order and payed by Paypal.
Until today I did not receive anything. The delivery date has been postponed a few times now. Every time I think it will arrive but it does not!!
Calling their Customer Service is absolutely useless. You wait for hours to connect. Sometimes you can get in contact. People on the phone they say, I connect you to a specialist. You wait again for ages and then they close the connection. Then you can start all over again.
I wish I had seen all the bad reviews here before. I would never ordered anything with them.
Maybe they will get awake when they read this, but even their own Customer Service people mention the terrible service so I don't have any hope. I will contact Paypal to get my money back.
Shame on you Plaiso!!!!

Terrible

Just don't go there. They will try to sneak out of everything if it's not in their best interest because they know it gets too time-consuming for you to check the legal ground behind any issue. They try to avoid at all costs the 2-year mandatory warranty for all tech products across Europe saying bulls**t like "it's not a law, but only a guideline" which is a lie. Then, if one of their products has defects, they try to win time by saying that they have to sent it to their headquarters to check if it is really malfunctioning or that they even have to send it back to the producer (e.g. HP, ASUS etc) so that they can verify the defect; meanwhile, you are left without a computer/phone/laptop or whatever it is that you bought from them and they just don't care. My last experience comprised buing a keyboard and a mouse. It was really urgent as my old ones broke down and I use them permanently for work. Plaisio had a 1day delivery so I thought what the hell and gave them another shot. The mouse was malfunctioning so I called them to replace it. They told me that they had to come and pick it up, send it to their headquarters and verify the defect. I told them I want a replacement right away as I cannot stay without a mouse since I have to work. Of course they told me this is not an option while the guy said that he doesn't know how much time is gonna take. In the end, I have to buy another mouse to work irrespective of what happens next. Un-f**king-believable

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! After closing down the click away option I had to travel and couldn't receive my order at my location on time so the agent who called me to organize the delivery changed the delivery date so I could receive my package on time. She was kind, professional and attentive I think her name is Adriana Papastathatou. Thank you for the excellent service!!!

ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!

Παραγγελία εδώ και κάτι εβδομάδες ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή. Καμια ενημέρωση της παραγγελίας μου και αναγκάστηκα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους τηλεφωνικα για να την καταχωρησουν ενώ ήδη έχω προπληρωσει. Μου αποστέλλεται αλλα εν τέλει λείπουν τα μισά κομμάτια της παραγγελίας μου. Επιπλέον τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία για να στείλουν και τα υπόλοιπα. Εν τέλει τα λαμβάνω αλλα το ένα είναι χτυπημένο και σπασμένο μέχρι που κατέληξα να πάω απο το κατάστημα για να το αντικαταστήσουν με κάτι παρόμοιο επειδή δεν υπήρχε το ίδιο. Απλα απαράδεκτοι. Χαλια εξυπηρέτηση. Ήταν για εταιρική χρήση ο υπολογιστής. Φανταστείτε ταλαιπωρία!

I placed an order on 25/11 and got an…

I placed an order on 25/11 and got an sms that it would be delivered on the 28/11, that never happened. Then i spent over 30 minutes trying to contact them and ask them when they would deliver my order. They finally told me that it was a mistake and my order was originally programmed to be delivered on 30/11. They missed this delivery too and they updated their tracking system as if they had delivered it. Then all of a sudden they call me this morning to apologise for not delivering on 30/11, suggesting to deliver this time on 8/12. They are simply a joke...r

Absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful.

Literally the worst. I made an order and once it came products of 60 euro value were missing, while they were charged on me. After continuing phoning them to find a solution to my missing products, I was told each time that I ll be called back .....that never happened. A week after I have no products on my hands, nor my money. Absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful.
