Very poor support and issues with my orders twice within a period of 15 days! I will definitely avoid them in the future!

Very poor costumer service and care.The person in charge insulted me that the item wasn't broken when i received it and the issue was from the company itself, after that the item I just received from the technical service had problem with they keyboard and i had th same reaction of being insulted. I have news for them.Do not ever buy from them.Unpleasant to the end. (PS: I had to go several times to fix the first problem and to get to the store (fix wasn't solved 4 times and then got an extra).

Don’t you even think to buy something from there. I bought a Samsung tv I went to their store paid them in full for my new tv and I asked for a delivery to my house which was free I went from Athens to Aigio where from now on I will live and waited it was Monday and they said it would be delivered in Friday and guess what the had the nerve to call me on Friday and tell me it was out of stock. I really really hope they get out of business those little fggts.

UPDATE: Το προϊόν το έδωσαν σε άλλο πελάτη κατά (λάθος); που όμως είχε κάνει τη προπαραγγελία σε μεταγενέστερη ημερομηνία από τη δική μου. Μετά από επικοινωνία που έγινε από τη μεριά τους μου είπαν ότι θα κάνουν ότι μπορούν για να παραλάβω άμεσα και τελικά την παρέλαβα το Σάββατο 7-11.

Έκανα προπαραγγελία μια κάρτα γραφικών από τις 13-10-20. Καμία επικοινωνία για την εξέλιξη. Επικοινώνησα σήμερα μαζί τους και μου είπαν ότι είναι τελικά διαθέσιμη και θα φύγει από αυτούς αύριο για να παραλάβω με κούριερ τη Πέμπτη 5-11-20. Μάλιστα μου ήρθε και email με τις παραπάνω πληροφορίες.
Μετά από πέντε περίπου ώρες μου ήρθε ένα άλλο email που έγραφε ότι η παραγγελία ακυρώθηκε. Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει το προϊόν. Όταν τους είπα για τη πρωινή συνομιλία και για το email που έλαβα για τη παραλαβή, μούγκα και κλείσανε το τηλέφωνο. Δεν θα με ξαναδείτε ποτέ.

The whole point buying at Plaisio is, to have an good efficent and quick After Sales Tech support! Do not buy at plaisio, the tech support is very poor and i am quite sure that even I could make most support by reading in internet or watching YouTube videos.
The staff is over worked, do not even listens to your requirements, they keep over and over repeating not relevant things (just because their telephone training give them this pre-arranged answers) and in the end they do nothing! They have kept me waiting for over one month for a battery change on my laptop and in the end I received my lap top and no battery was changed. It was the last time i ever bought something from plaisio! Worst company on the greek market!

I 've been shopping from Plaisio for approximately 20 years. They offer a vast range of products and a dependable delivery service. Their prices are never the cheapest but over the years they have proven to be a reliable business to deal with.

Απαράδεχτη συμπεριφορα την υπευθυνου για τις online παραγγελιες. Παρήγγειλα εναν δισκο ssd τον οποιο μου χρεωσαν και μου εστειλαν μια monopoly. Μετα απο πολλα τηλεφωνα και μεχρι να καταλαβει αυτη η ηλιθια που εχουν εκει οτι δεν ηθελα ποτε την monopoly και να δεχτει να την στειλω πισω για αντικατασταση ο δισκος που ειχα παραγγείλει δεν υπηρχε πια οποτε ακυρωσα την παραγγελια... ΚΑΙ ΑΚΟΜΗ ΠΕΡΙΜΕΝΩ ΤΟ ΠΙΣΤΩΤΙΚΟ και την επιστροφη των χρηματων... ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΧΤΟΙ

Overpriced items that are not worth it. Stay away. Also very poor customer service.

Customer service is a joke. I was just informed that I was not at home yesterday when my delivery was supposed to take place and that I was not answering my phone. Truth is I was waiting in my house all day!!! A new low: they do not even have the dignity to apologize to customer...

Unreliable and poorly designed website. I placed an order for an item that was not in stock.The system allowed me to place the order without flashing a warning, upon realising and customer services informing me that “it might be in stock at some point” I tried to amend my order. No such functionality exists, instead I have to cancel it and the only way to cancel my order is to call Greece. Following several expensive phone calls, I receive an email confirming the cancellation and a verbal promise of a refund (via Paypal) the next working day. The order was placed late on Saturday, the next working day was Monday, I haven't received a refund, the money has been debited from my account and my emails and webform request have been ignored. The website and the payment system are designed by a not very talented five year old. Avoid!!!

That store sucks. I 've been waiting for a product that they supposedly had in stock for 3 flipping months. I 've called them numerous times i only got basic answers like 'we will inform the right department for you problem and we will solve it"( yeah sure). Long story sort i requested a refund .SInce then 3 weeks have passed still NO MONEY.

Although the website had ticked the products of my order as "available", a week later than the shipping date they called to inform me that one of the products was unavailable, but assured me that by the end of next week my order would be shipped. 3 weeks later than the shipping date i had to call them to find out that more than one products was unavailable. Of course I cancelled the order.

Not even one star customer service! Unbelievable how lame and rude the customer service agents are. The virtual chat is ridiculous and the email communication is poor... Really guys do something for this horrible experience.

BEWARE when ordering with antikatavoli and open package at the door to check if everything is inside!
Online invoice with 5 items (double printercartridge, mp3 player and 2 drawing books), package arrived 2 weeks later and payed 163,- to geniki taxidromiki. We open the parcel inside and the two ink cartridges are missing value of 120,-!! after spending countless hours trying to contact them 10 days later the cartridges arrive and geniki taxidromiki wants again 163,-! The courier threatened us that we had to pay or he would take the other items back. Still no reaction NOR help from Plaesio.gr! They said they will take care of it, the courier came every day to our home with the cartridges threatening us. After 1 month we gave up and payed the 163,- not to totally mess it up with the courier.

I made a delivery few weeks ago which came in an open box. Three of the items i ve ordered where missing.After hours of waitting at customer service line they told me to provide my iban so i ll receive a refund for the lost items. Refund was never received!

Με μία λέξη "ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ". Απαίσια εμπειρία ηλεκτρονικής αγοράς. Τα προϊόντα που ήρθαν δεν είχαν καν απόδειξη αγοράς. Δεν έλαβαν υπόψη τίποτα από τα σχόλια που συνόδευαν την παραγγελία. Επιπλέον 3 μέρες με μισάωρη αναμονή στο τηλέφωνο για να μιλήσω και τελικά να μην εξυπηρετηθώ. Την τελευταία μέρα μίλησα με 4 διαφορετικά άτομα....το λεγόμενο "ΜΠΑΛΑΚΙ". Και με μία δεύτερη λέξη "ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ".

AFTER A PURCHASE THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THE DIFFERENT ADRESS OF DELIVERY SO I PROCEED TO A CANCELATION OF THE ORDER . I paid with credit card so i am waiting for the refund.
Unreliable as always..
