I needed some items quickly for my daughter's school fundraiser and couldn't find what I was looking for. I managed to find exactly what I needed on the Planet Bake website, great prices and very quick delivery... Order what I need for my daughters birthday cake including icing, cake tins and food colouring, everything came in the post 2 days later no haste and was kept up to date with my order at all stages

I have used this site seveal times and every time they have sent my order out extremely quickly. The quality is also great so well worth the prices, which are perhaps not the cheapest but you still get great value. I have never needed to contact them with a problem, but they send regular updates on your order which are really polite and professional.

Planet Bake is excellent and reasonably priced and have a really quick delivery I put my order in on the Wednesday and received my items the nxt day

The products I received were of a good quality, but an item was missing from my delivery. I have tried contacting Planet Bake twice via email but have received no respose. It's now over two weeks later and I haven't received the missing item, or a refund, or even a response to either of my emails. I will not be buying anything from Planet Bake again.

The piping tube was perfect for making my husband profiteroles. He and my son enjoyed them immensely!!

i was dissapointed that after the wait for delivery to Ireland an item was out of stock...well i had only ordered three items..yet when i went online there it was still available!! i didnt reorder as the postage is quite high by the time i converted euro`s to sterling..i have ordered lots of items from other British sites and have always been happy with the service and also most of them have the spend xxx amount and get free postage and very quick delivery service !! so hence the dissapointment
