Poles Direct Opiniones

your service was quick, efficient and very good value.

Excellent service . Delivered on time . Really pleased with product.

This company is absolutely brilliant. Excellent price. Dealt with young guy called Jonathan M. He was so helpful, polite. He helped me sort things out and made it really easy. I would highly recommend

I bought poles for heavy weight curtains.
The poles are definitely string enough, but the fittings, and support brackets are absolutely not and the weight of the curtains now causes the brackets to bend.
Really disappointing.

Great service. Very usable product.

Great service. Good choice.

Very good service, product arrived quickly and as stated online. One of the curtain pole finials arrived with some damage. The customer service department was very efficient and arranged a replacement finial which arrived within a week. Thank you.

The poles were delivered (one cut to size) quickly and were pretty easy to fit. The look great in our newly decorated room with new curtains!

Item as described, arrived in good time, and well packaged

Not what I wanted I wanted a fixed pole not an extending one delivery was along time compared to other companies

Nice product, easy ordering and quick delivery. The instructions were sent by email, but were pretty cursory and diden't actually feature the brackets of the set I had ordered. Didn't give me an issue, but would not have helped a first timer, who wasn't a little bit handy, from perhaps not getting it not quite done as easily and well as liked.

Really easy to use website and order arrived quickly. Quality very good.

Delivered on time and as advertised, joiner put them up they are grand.

Great website that makes it easier to find exactly what you need. (as there are so many options for curtain poles/styles/sizes etc) Item as described, great quality. Fast delivery. Highly recommend Poles Direct!

Goods arrived quickly, in excellent condition and as described

An excellent service from Poles Direct.
Very pleased with the three curtain poles we bought. One bracket was chipped on delivery but quickly replaced after an online chat. Very good service.

Good choice of products with reasonable prices
Efficient ordering and delivery service

The poles were rediverted with their courier and it all went very wrong from there. And then the ability to solve the issue was terrible. I had to wait 5 days for the courier to tell them the parcel was lost…this was obvious a week after it didn't arrive! Then i had to chase every day to get a replacement sent. When the replacement arrived it was missing a part. All in all it took a month to get the parts and was a joke dealing with the customer services. I asked to escalate to a manager on multiple occasions and was told it wasnt possible.
