Good sturdy black pole and easy to fit. Wall bracket fitting instructions were not appropriate to the brackets supplied with my pole, though it was easy enough to work out how to fit them. Not the bes... Ver más

Corresponded by email and received prompt and very helpful replies. Price and postage were very reasonable and we actually managed to get what we wanted after struggling elsewhere.
Excellent experience. Chose a long, brushed gold pole with 30 rings. It had good reviews which helped me decide. It arrived well packaged and with the appropriate fittings. My husband fitted it quite... Ver más

Just what I wanted
I had a very specific vision for the windows & door to my balcony. I needed long, black curtain poles & was surprised that they are not that easy to find.
Poles Direct had what I wanted at a very good price.
Delivery was fast. I did have a query when I read the instructions, but an email to the company was answered straight away & the confusion explained.
I would definitely recommend.

Really nice curtain pole
Really nice curtain pole, very good quality material. My only criticism is that I bought a 480cm pole and the fixings were not adequate for the weight. I had to buy some reinforced brackets as the ones supplied came away from the wall.

Brackets not up to the weight of curtains…
I bought poles for heavy weight curtains.
The poles are definitely string enough, but the fittings, and support brackets are absolutely not and the weight of the curtains now causes the brackets to bend.
Really disappointing.
