Poles Direct Opiniones

Great product, responsive and helpful company

The poles look great, and Millie and Isaac were both vey helpful in sourcing me extra rings.

Delivered when said and looks really lovely.

I have ordered from Poles Direct several times. The products always great and arrive quickly. I had a slight blip with the delivery address on my latest order but Harriet sorted it out immediately. Thank you.

Good customer service

We bought 6 Black Wooden Curtain Poles
They were a great price and delivered very quickly.

More importantly the poles are of very high quality too, with a very nice Matt black finish to the poles, supports, finials and included curtain rings.

All fitting hardware was included, and they were very straightforward to put up.

Will definitely buy from Poles Direct again 😎👍

Wonderful service wild buy again.

Brilliant quality and quick shipping
Over the moon with my curtain poles and fantastic price

Brilliant customer advice line and rapid delivery

Well packaged and good delivery time.

Antique brass pole and brackets were fine. But supplied chrome screws clashed with the brass. Had to fit my own black screws

Lovely curtain pole, cut to the right size as requested and arrived on time

Good quality product

I was kept in touch for when the goods would arrive, so was able to take my dog out without missing a delivery. I prefer to be there when something is delivered.

Brilliant service, great curtain poles. Millie was amazing and helped sort a problem of my own making. Will definitely buy from here again.

User friendly website. Able to find what I wanted quite easily. Price of product was reasonable. Item delivered within time scale stated. Very well packaged, arrived in excellent condition. I will use the company again when looking for my next purchase.

The actual product (curtain pole plus fittings) is very good and I'd consider buying one again, although it would be better if it came with three brackets not just two. However delivery is poor - first it was delayed several daysby DHL because of a 'hiccup'; when it was delivered we were away and it would have stayed out in the rain for a week had our neighbour not spotted it and taken it in.

Delivery as described.

Perfect product for specific location. Had been looking for two months.

Website very easy to use and a huge range of top quality options.
Items are extremely well priced and my order arrived within a few days.
Great support and follow up. Simple instructions for how to put up the curtain pole.
