I bought my first pole in January and was so impressed have just ordered an fitted two more similar poles. Very good website, ordering process and delivery service. Fitting instructions easy to follow, if you have the tools and relevant DIY skills it shouldn't be a problem.

Awful returns process and very slow responses over email. They will ask you to send it back at your own cost to a desolate warehouse and then there will never be anyone at the returns address to accept the order so delivery would just get attempted again and again until it gets returned back to you all. They won’t refund you unless you are super persistent and chase non stop also.

Poles Direct maintains a superb, well-presented website which is easy to navigate in order to facilitate product selection. All the required information is easily accessible and the prices are very competitive. Upon receipt of my curtain pole kit I was delighted as the product met all my expectations. Thank you.

I ordered 2 curtain poles, one of which was cut to size; very happy with that and the poles appear to be of good quality. The courier DHL was 5 days late in delivering. Customer Service was very helpful, professional and friendly in chasing up on the delivery.

I received notification that my delivery was being returned to sender due to damage. I called the company right away and spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Millie (Amelia) who promptly assured me that a new parcel would be on its way in no time and was very apologetic. Such an easy process. Choose the poles you’d like. Option to Cut to size. Perfect. Often ones bought in stores are a certain size that would need to be trimmed.

Ordered some antique brass curtain poles. The ordering process was fast but a little confusing and I ended up paying twice for the same item. This was quickly resolved by Liam. The order itself arrived really quickly with thanks to Bilal for his updates. Poles are fantastic quality and look great. Very pleased!! Will be using again "Poles Direct" in the very near future and would definitely recommend.
