As always, Potters did not disappoint.
So much so, we have booked again for next month. There are so many things to do, you just can't fit everthing into one long weekend. Food is great, entertainment brilliant. Im a Friends of Potters member so I get to hear about offers. Its a win, win.

Instantly relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for the potters team. They all appeared to enjoy being part of the team.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish.
All inclusive as well. 3 course breakfast lunch and dinner plus supper from 11 until midnight if you are still hungry.
Entertainment and activities throughout the day.
The shows in the theatre are definitely west end they are absolutely fantastic.
Both locations are good, Hopton and 5 lakes at Malden.
Swimming pool and Spa,beauty parlour. Swimming pool free and all other activities.
Beauty Parlour you pay for naturally if you want something extra.
Food is delicious and plentiful.
Drinks soft and alcohol, coffees, tea,hot chocolate is all inclusive.
A small shop on the premises to buy newspapers, sweets, gifts,etc.
Once on the Resorts there is everything you need.
Hopton has a hotel to reach from indoors, the bungalows are a short walk away from the main buildings which gor us is fine.
All staff are friendly and helpful, we have been to Hopton a few times and 5 lakes once so far,but we are definitely coming back again soon.

Everything about potters is amazing.
We had the most wonderful time, only our 2nd visit but so wish we had visited before, my husband has dementia so feel its such a safe place to visit.
We came with friends this time, so enjoyed all the quizzes, pebble painting and all the wonderful shows.
All the staff are brilliant nothing is to much trouble.
Callum who was our waiter at table 163 served us he was a lovely young man. The entertainment is certainly first class. Hopefully we will return soon.

Booked it for my "big cheeky" Birthday holiday and it was so enoyable.

Such a welcoming place! Great entertainment all day everyday but if you just want to relax somewhere quiet that option is also available.
Food fantastic and lots of choice.

Good food, good entertainment with plenty to do in the daytime as well. Rooms are lovely & the cleaning staff work really hard to keep everywhere spotless. Been to both resorts now & will definitely be returning this year.

A great time every time

Jumping insects in my bed. I slept on the sofa. Reported issues to reception. Bed linen changed but was bitten the next morning on my feet. Very upsetting.
Entertainment was very tacky at times and vulgar, derogatory comments aimed mostly at women. The trained dancers and singers were excellent.
Food hall was like a school dinner hall packed. Food was luke warm and not always enjoyable.
I would not go back to Hopton on Sea. Unfortunately we were really disappointed. It was for my husbands 70th birthday.

I found insects in my bed. They jumped. I reported it to the receptionist in the morning. Our bed was changed but next morning I was bitten. I slept on the sofa one night instead of the bed.
Entertainment was tacky at times and vulgar. Very outdated entertainment at the expense of women. Really unpleasant, I got up and walked out.
The trained singers and dancers are great.
Dining room is like a school dinner hall. Unpleasant, overcrowded and food served barely warm.
I would not return to Hopton but Five lakes was far better and we enjoyed it there.

My Husband and I stayed at 5 Lakes resort and had an amazing stay. Venue and grounds are beautiful. All staff polite, friendly and welcoming. Food plentiful and good choice of drinks even if you don’t drink alcohol. Accommodation great. We stayed in the village and housekeeping great. Daytime and evening entertainment fantastic.

We have been to both resorts, and the standard of what is on offer is second to none, we will keep returning as we do about three times a year.

Potters resorts both Hopton and 5 lakes have been our chosen short break holidays coming at least once a year for the past 20 years.
Our grandchildren have grown up with wonderful holidays at Hopton. As a couple it was the first time trying 5 Lakes and am pleased to say the standard I was excellent and maybe better for a couple.

Another Fun filled Weekend spent at Hopton , Always a Warm Welcome, Plenty to eat and drink which is all inclusive … come rain or shine you always have a good time!

Excellent service . Good accommodation, comfortable beds. Food and drink plentiful and of good quality . Activities and amenities best we have seen . Staff all friendly and helpful.

Had the most wonderful weekend full of fun, activities, excellent entertainment, amazing food and all round happy times! I never took my purse out, literally every single thing is included in the price, no hidden extras to pay for. And the evening shows, oh my, they were as good as anything I've seen in London!! I can definitely recommend and I can see why they have won social many awards!! And one thing to note is, the staff, they all seem to genuinely love working there, which is a true testament to how good a place is!! If you are thinking about it, go, you really won't regret it!

We love potters. Lots to do and food is superb. Staff can't do enough for you and the place is spotless.
We go at least twice a year and it gets better every time. The shows are west end quality. The food is top notch and so much to choose from.

We had nine days at Hopton on sea and i must give a huge thank you to potters for the upgrade to a suite it was incredible and so unexpected and welcome the staff are amazing and looked after us so well i.e Sharon and Michelle who cleaned our rooms and Amanda and Kitty our waitress nothing is too much trouble for anybody at potters there are two many to mention but they all are a credit to you all at Potters

Absolutely brilliant place to stay, staff are amazing, friendly and helpful, so much to do, shows are West End quality, so much good food, named drinks, fantastic views, our favourite home from home.
