Disappointed to discover that I have to…
Disappointed to discover that I have to pay my direct debit making sure I'm ahead of whatever the bill or usage will be ahead of time. Surely I'd be better with a meter where I pay with a card as I use the electric because I would be paying a lower rate for my electricity

I am still yet to have my keypad…
I am still yet to have my keypad installed, lost a days wage for waiting and nobody turned up the 2nd time. Didn’t wait more than five min the first visit, although I was told I’d be given 15 min notice.

Pathetic customer service
Never experienced such pathetic customer service in my life.. Ive Bert trying to pay a bill… their phone lines don’t put you through to a human.. their bot certainly needs to go back for training… I’ve requested through their web site that someone (a human call me .. left my number) nothing!! I filled in the call back option on web site.. promised a call this morning between 9 and 1 on…. Nothing… can’t believe it’s this difficult to pay a bills lo…. If I could end my Account I would get talk to a living soul!!
Dreadful service they’ve obviously done away with customer service

Very bad communication
Very bad communication
Never received a bill
Contacted NIE by phone to tell them
Booked an engineer to call out and read meter on 22 sept
Since then got 2 e mails requesting money
One a final reminder
Going to pay the amount owing from another previous bill
Very disappointed in the whole set up of communication as I told the last person on phone last week to take note that an engineer had been booked and then to receive a final reminder by e mail requesting money today demanding payment
Does anyone listen or correspond with each other in NIE
I would not be recommending NIE to anyone that asks ME
I await an apology for this terrible situation that you have put me through
All my bills have been paid promptly every time

I was energised by Lyndsey for Power.
I have been a Power NI customer for many years having had great support, and after moving home decided to continue with Power NI. Not good enough
Was told that we would receive a Bluetooth top up meter but never did and wasn't told when signing up that you cant use a credit card to top up...

We currently don’t accept credit cards for payment on Keypad top up cards as customers could easily find themselves in debt with high credit card charges. For example, a small top up purchase could result in credit card charges that could take months for customers to repay.
