So easy to switch
I did my switch on ine but had a question on my hybrid vehicle the whole process was including the help with my question about mt hybrid vehice was completed in minutes . with fitst class customer service .

New customer but poor experience so far.
I moved to PowerNI about six weeks ago. However, I am still unable to use their Perks programme. I was promised three weeks ago that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours and I am still waiting. I called them earlier this week and was told someone would get back to me but, of course, they haven't. Not a good experience so far.
Update: As per the response from PowerNI, I have contacted them with the requested information and have had a reply that they are aware of an issue affecting customers and "they will be in touch as soon as possible".
Given that I have been experiencing this issue for three weeks and it remains unresolved with no timescale indicated for resolution, I won't hold my breath. What was the point of asking me to contact the Customer Service team?

I needed to get copies of old bills for…
I needed to get copies of old bills for a closed account in a hurry. My initial enquiry through the PowerNI Messenger channel was disappointing as there was no response for over 2 hours. People expect chat channels to be instant. However, when I emailed them I got a prompt auto-response and follow up emails and they got me sorted very quickly. Great customer service.

Just be careful when signing up that you understand the discount structure I was not informed that the 6% rate has a cut off at 15,00 per qtr and you get no discount over this amount this was not explained to me and I felt misled
