I just bought 2 of their pillows,they are not the same ,these are awful.they advertise they are the same But they are Not.

I received the wrong size duvet. I emailed about a return they said I could and asked for a photo for the seal not broken which I did. I have been completely ignored since. I have emailed and called up multiple times to sort the refund after they have ignored me and I have been ignored even more it’s been 2 weeks now with no response

Love Premier Inn pillows! This is the 3rd set I’m buying and will continue buying. Quick delivery and reasonable price. Very happy with them.

Excellent service, the mattress is heaven sent.

Premier Inn Chorley North

After three very long working days, travelling between my home in Derby and a local site, I took a last-minute decision to find a local Hotel.

Fortune was kind, and I was soon able to locate a nearby Premier Inn ( My favourite hotel group).

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Karen, who reaffirmed that "Old School" values of being friendly, patient, helpful, and polite still exist!

These qualities were greatly appreciated since I was feeling very jaded and tired.

Thank you, Karen, for being such a great ambassador for Premier Inn.

Clean quiet and friendly . Just what you need before a long flight or journey

What can I say stayed in many hotels but Lime street Premier inn is the best by far very welcoming friendy staff can't do enough for you my purpose of staying is due to repairs to our home a massive thankyou to David Manager ,Sam Duty manager and Meghan on reception and Joanne (room Attendant) feels like home to us the food wow first class now with 2 for one offers on drinks everyday 5-7pm a must if you visiting our beautiful city Highly recommended.

Very pleased with these Premier Inn soft pillows. They are lovely and comfortable, yet still supportive. We have previously purchased the firm pillows and they were fine too, but as we are side/front sleepers the soft version seems to suit us better.

I ordered some bedding but had not received confirmation but it turned out to be my fault as I had typed my email in wrong, spoke to a lady called sally who was so lovely and extremely helpful and sorted it straight away
I would highly recommend this company
