Printerbase service is brilliant. The delivery time was short to say the least, within 24 hours from order to delivery. We bought a Canon PIXMA TS6550i A4 Colour Multifunction Inkjet Printer. It's unbelievable what it can do. Canon designers must be proud. Thanks to Charles & Bryony at Printerbase for providing a more than excellent service.

I highly recommend this company. From the off, Elaine was particularly incredibly helpful with processing my orders. I came stuck when my initial printer was not compatible. However, the team were quick to assist with ensuring I received a swift collection and full refund. Elaine supported me with promptly organising compatible printers to be delivered the next day. She then highlighted about registering my printers to get the 3 years warranty, and if it wasn't for her, I would have missed out on this! I placed order for a Brother MFC printer, someone from printerbase called and said, "We want to make sure and run through the space with you " which in itself is unnecessary. But in the end asking to take a monthly subscription. Being honest is up to you. But don't treat us like idiots.

I recently bought a Canon Pixma printer from this company at a very good price. When I had difficulty in installing it, they went out of their way to help. (The problem turned out to be a duff printer cable, which was nothing to do with them.)
They are friendly and helpful, with good products at good prices.

Printerbase were very helpful pre-purchase answering all my queries.
The printer I ordered (CANON PIXMA TR7650 - Printer/Scanner/Copier) was ordered late afternoon on a Saturday, and arrived the following Thursday. A couple of days later than the ETA (Tuesday) but no real issue, and the courier was well organised and courteous.
I set up the printer from the CANON manuals and a very useful YouTube video. However, the scanner was not sending images to my PC, and Printerbase said a chat with CANON was best. I rang CANON and registered the new unit, and their very helpful Tech. Support Agent said I had set up everything correctly, but this unit needed another driver for the scanner (I had just downloaded the print driver which is why everything else was working).
All in all a good experience; I am happy to recommend Printrbase.

Very competitive pricing and no problem with delivery. Ordering process is quick and easy through the website. Expect to get a number of follow up calls after placing an order to “check everything is OK”. This is a thinly disguised excuse to up-sell consumables. A little annoying, but it’s easy to automatically route these calls to voicemail so I don’t think it warrants deducting a star.

First of all I have to say the initial staff done as much as they could do at their level and no problems with the effort from them. but more from management,

But Don't purchase a Canon printer if you have Snapdragon or Arm processor on your laptop as they won't download the drivers, I purchased a GX 6050 printer a year ago and found that the printer won't work on my new surface pro, After various conversations with Printerbase and also with canon, Canon stated that no canon printer has Snapdragon/arm compatibility so no point in swapping for another canon printer, They did temporary fix with a Microsoft version were you can only do limited functions, But not double sided scannning/printing etc, In fact its not worth the effort, Now my printer is over a year old now so they did state out of date etc, a bit of a cop out as I have a 3 year warranty but again you've guessed not covered under the small print, But I thought I was purchasing a printer from them that was UpToDate and would be compatible, So fell misled and was never never informed that the printer was limited, and no where on the website or during my phone calls with them prior to purchasing online does it mention Canon are not suitable to Snapdragon etc, So I think they do have a responsibility for that, During the discussion they have highlighted that it is my possibility to check this out, Me a 64 year old, The name of this company suggested to me that this is their field and they should be the experts not me, not in this case,

Printerbase have stated that snapdragon only came on surface pro out May 2025 I make May 2024 although it make no difference the as they still sell canon (The may want to address the limitations)

I'm not one for doing reviews, But feel so strongly about this that after a year old printer with still orginal ink cartridges with only 20% ink used, It is now not fit for purpose,

All the apologies in the world from them won't address my £370 out of pocket now through this purchase, And at no point of my complaint was offered a good will gesture or compensation Payment, so this is the company you will be dealing with
