Printster.co.uk Opiniones

After doing a fair bit of research I believed I was making the right decision when ordering photo coasters for my sisters engagement present through Printster. I felt they were the best value and didn’t charge too much in postage. Reviews looked good and it’s a big company so I thought they would have decent photo printers / equipment.

I was wrong, the coaster photo quality is awful and I’m embarrassed to use them as a gift. So I’ll have to re order at another company and spend even more on what was meant to be a nice present from the very start.

I contacted Printster to complain (the red flag being you can’t call them) you have to email and after a week they have emailed back to say they believe the quality is good enough and won’t be doing anything further.

Very disappointing. How can you be a photo printing company and not even have the right equipment to do the job.

I ordered personalised wrap from simplygiftwrap and it came from printster so I guess they use different names, but the wrapping paper was brilliant - grandson's photo on it, also the number 16 for his birthday - great quality and lots of fun. I will be ordering again soon for the next birthday!

My card was charged but no order was created.

Over the moon with the face masks I ordered from Printster and the customer service was above and beyond.

Would definitely recommend 😃

Excellent communication.
Fast process and very pleased with my purchase , a t shirt with photo on it .
I would certainly recommend.
Very good value.

A great product at a reasonable price, it was delivered quickly and is good quality.

Fab service mugs looked great pictures were very clear

Useless website doesn’t take Apple Pay in 2025 not accepting card payments despite numerous attempts. Not even an error message to state the website may be having issues. Just simply “card declined”

Masks were great, & everyone loved them even the birthday boy!! 🤩

Ordered a mug for my brothers b day and although I made a mistake on the delivery address they re sent it at no extra charge to me, very easy to contact and very helpful will be using again soon

Ive ordered lots of printster

I used printster recently to make some personalised coasters for a friend’s birthday, they came out really well and the order shipped out quickly, no complaints!

Really easy website to use and great quality. I've now ordered picture coasters three times. They even work brilliantly with photos of photos from 50 years ago.

Love the gift wrap l ordered - l only buy when it’s for a significant birthday or anniversary and want to make my gift extra special. For regular birthdays and anniversaries, l would find it a bit on the expensive side to do for all occasions. Delivery very speedy and nicely done.

Excellent service. Over the moon with my purchase. Would recommend this company to anybody.

Nice mug.. Nice your work.. Thank you, my son love this mug

Website easy to use for making the hoodie.
Good value and very happy. Delivery slower than I'd hoped but I did order late and could have maybe paid more for quicker delivery

Quick.
Uncomplicated design and order process.
Value for money.
Very good communications.
Delivery went to plan and agents were considerate and followed requests.

Recommended.

Perfect calendar, excellent value. Will purchase from Printster again

Great service, really loved the mug with our dog’s picture on it, delivered quickly too!
