Needed to alter payment method
Needed to alter payment method, as old card altered by bank. This then required payment being taken immediately, not on renewal date. So waiting to last minute to pay

Privilege handled my home insurance claim efficiently and professionally,they explained what would happen, I didn't have to chase them and I felt valued as a customer. The annual premium is reasonably priced, and doesn't go up excessively each year

Easy to renew
Easy to renew, didn't like the original price so looked at other providers. Then spoke to an agent saying I could get it cheaper, the price was reduced. The agent was helpful and I renewed my policy. If I don't like the renewal price next year I will probably go to another provider.

Called up to see if I could possibly get a better deal, took me about 2 minutes to get through. The agent understood everything I was saying, and was very pleasant. Ended up with a renewal price I was very happy to accept, just slightly more expensive than the cheapest quote from a comparison site. I would rather pay slightly more for a quality service!
