Ich habe im September 2021 Waren bestellt, die als sofort lieferbar gekennzeichnet waren. Nach der Bezahlung ist herausgekommen, dass die Artikel nicht sogleich versendet werden konnten. Darauf habe ich die Bestellung gecancelled. Anschliessend bekam ich die Nachricht, dass es nicht mehr cancelbar war und trotzdem auf dem Weg zu mir sei. Ich habe darauf nichts unternommen und auf die Waren gewartet. Die Waren wurden auf dem Weg zu mir zurückgerufen. Von den €889.47, die ich bezahlt hatte wurden mir einen Monat später €340 zurückbezahlt. Auf den Rest warte ich bis heute. Ich habe die Firma viele Male kontaktiert aber sie kümmert sich nicht um das Problem. Das ist gewerblicher Betrug. Bestellen Sie nichts bei dieser Firma, wenn sie Probleme vermeiden wollen.

Einen Stern Abzug gibt es von mir, weil die Beschreibung der Artikel nur in englisch sind und da es in vielen Fällen nur ein einziges Bild vom Artikel gibt. Bei den Trikots zum Beispiel gibt es keine Rückenansicht. Es ist nicht zu erkennen wie die Rückentaschen angeordnet sind.

Item was not on stock despite the homepage said it was.
Not before my third enquiry (when my order would be dispatched), they told me that the item actually was not on stock, they re-ordered it at the producer and they could not tell about the lead time. Lost one week to get an urgently needed part.

On February 11 I ordered a SHIMANO DEORE XT M8100 REAR DERAILLEUR - 12 SPEED - SGS - FOR SINGLE and SHIMANO PD-T8000 XT MTB SPD TREKKING PEDALS. On your homepage you promised you have the two products on stock and that they'll be delivered within one day: "Auf Lager - Normalerweise innerhalb eines Tages versandt"
This is why I choose you, even as you've been more expensive than other shops.
Unfortunately I received the parts yesterday, 8 days after my order. I would have spent about € 40,-- when i Had choosen another shop that indicated, the delivery will last about 6 days.
I hope, that you will retransfer the € 40,-- to my credit card . This would be a great sign.

Bad client experience
I made an order from Germany so the package took 2 weeks to arrive. You pay quite big delivery costs and, as in my case, if you have to change the size of the shoes, you pay return costs and again pay the delivery costs + maybe one more month of waiting.
I wrote the support and they mainly answer with generic emails that do not help at all.

Ich habe mir auf der Seite eine Rennradhose gekauft. Die Bestellung war recht einfach und übersichtlich. Hatte nur etwas Bauchschmerzen bei dem Versand, da ich zuvor negative Bewertungen, bezüglich dessen, gelesen habe. Ich kann mich über den Versand aber nicht beschweren. Die Hose war innerhalb von fünf Werkstagen bei mir und das obwohl sie aus England kommt. Ich denke das ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Daher von mir 5 von 5 Sterne! Würde doch definitiv wieder bestellen.

Ich habe hier ein paar Schuhe bestellt. Hab die Schuhe in einer anderen Farbe und Größe bekommen als bestellt. Hab die Schuhe per DHL Retourenlabel zurückgeschickt, seitdem warte ich auf mein Geld. Vom Kundenservice kommt sowas, wie "das Paket ist nicht angekommen", oder zuletzt jetzt auch "wurde noch nicht bearbeitet". Das zieht sich schon fast einen Monat. Versuche jetzt über PayPal mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Wenn das nicht funktioniert, werde ich Strafanzeige stellen wegen gewerblichen Betrugs. Auf keinen Fall dort etwas bestellen!

Schlechter Service und keine Rückerstattung
Ich hatte eine Jacke bestellt. Erste Überraschung war der Versand aus GB, was nun erstmal nicht schlimm ist. Ich wollte die Jacke zurückgeben und habe ein Retoureetikett bekommen. Die Jacke wurde also retourniert und laut DHL einem Mitarbeiter am 21.12.21übergeben. Seitdem versuche ich mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Die Antworten vom Kundendienst sind immer die gleichen " Ich muss im Lager fragen". Danach gibt´s keine Antwort mehr. Das Spiel habe ich nun mehrfach durch. Für mich ein klarer Betrug.

Waiting since mid December for a refund...
Ordered a Powermeter Crank (Avio Powersense)
First it took 1 1/2 Months to ship.August to October (IN STOCK ACCORDING TO WEBSITE)
Then it broke after ~ 200 km
Got a return label to send it back.
The Crank has been in their warehouse since 19.12.2021
It is now the 31.01.2022
According to Customer Service the Package hasn't even been opened yet.
Update 02.02.2022:
Issue has been resolved by Matt. Thank you ! :)
