Customer service
Did not feel the staff really knew the product they were selling. No conversation or engagement to help decide. Very rudely asked my daughter for ID whilst we asked to look at knives. I understand that ID is required in some things, it was just the way it was done. I spent over £600 and I would have thought that the staff on the day would have taken a bit of time helping us rather than just pointing and say it up to you. Not engaged at all. Very disappointed. Considering I also said I am looking to replace the Saucepans in a few weeks with ones I have previously bought with pro cook.
