I was unable to find one item I was looking for so asked at the cash desk and one of the assistants went and found it for me.

I went in looking to buy a knife. There was plenty to choose from and needed to know which was the sharpest one. The Staff was very helpful in helping me find the right one.

I found what I sought. Two members of staff on duty. Both very helpful and easy to talk with. Good advice and corrected an error I made with courtesy. All good.

Been looking for a blender
Been looking for a blender and happened by chance on one in pro Cook. Both staff in the shop were really helpful with advice and product knowledge.
I have now used the blender on several occasions and it has completely lived up to expectations.

Knife offer matched.
We wanted knives. But couldn’t decide which. When we finally decided, the one’s we chose didn’t match the offer. But, the girl was super helpful and worked out a deal for us, which wasn’t easy for her to work on the till. Really appreciated the effort she made as we would have likely gone elsewhere if she didn’t.

I was looking for a set of knives for a…
I was looking for a set of knives for a house warming gift. I found a cheap set that fitted the bill. When helping to buy them. The advisor took the time to talk me through the warranty and asked about my day. She even mentioned that really I should get a knife board too. We quicky picked out the right one together.
Even though the purchase wasn't alot. It was amazing service. I felt valued and present, like customer service of old.

Highly recommend go instead of buying online!
Super helpful guy in store. I was unsure what saucepans to buy and he guided me. Not pushy at all. It was great to go into a store and walk out with what I needed. Good to try them out as well for quality weight etc. I am so used to ordering on line and waiting. I will definitely go there again.
