The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the ranges they stocked and also tips on after care. The store was very clean, tidy and displayed items were clean and well presented

Very helpful salesperson . I am very pleased with the pan set.

I visited the Bath store on 27th of February and purchased a coffee bean grinder. I went to use it on the 3rd of March and noticed a part was missing, making the grinder useless. I emailed ProCook with details of my purchase and a picture of the faulty grinder. No response.

I emailed again on the 13th of March, copying my original email and transaction details and asking 'Why have you ignored my email' No response.

So they have my money and I have a useless coffee grinder. Amazon for me from now on.

Really helpful guidance on best use of product.
He took his time and explained fully how to properly use the whetstone to sharpen my blunt knives.
Bought the product, followed advice at home, and it worked!😃
