Attitude
Found the two members of staff that I spoke to, uninformative and rude. The lady could not state the benefit of choosing one frying pan from the other, only what they were made of. When I mentioned dangerous coatings, she stated that non of there pans had PTFE but did I realise that my mascara had loads of it! Asked about the coating on the plastic utensils, she stated probably not, but it didn't not state it, so she only assumed it didn't. I did not like her attitude one little bit! When I went yo pay, and asked for the outlet discount, the gentleman seemed to get annoyed, and tutted when I was trying to put my email address on the screen and taking a few minutes. There was no one waiting to be served! They were both very rude. The attitude obviously rubbed off on each other.

Very helpful and dog friendly store
Assistant very helpful and was able to show me exactly what I was looking for. Store was dog friendly and the assistant even gave my 2 working cocker spaniels biscuits, which they were delighted to receive

2 good buys and well priced. Staff were available and excellent. Bought a heavy pot and male staff member even offered and carried it to the car for me. What a great service. Highly recommend for quality , price and service
