Knowledgable staff
I was about to but a ceramic frying pan, the advice given was superb and honest. This allowed me to recognise that ceramic was not the best option for myself.

Welcoming and attractive store
Beautifully laid out store, very easy to see the great range of products and staff extremely helpful. Only went in for a browse and came out with utensils as they were such a good offer and only realised when a member of staff pointed this out. Will definitely be back.
