Pleasant and helpful staff.

The customer service,my new jars were wrapped with great care.

This isn’t a store that we would normally use but nipped in during a visit to Canterbury. We did make a purchase on the basis of the product knowledge and helpfulness of the assistant who served us

I visited the Canterbury branch - a beautifully set out shop with well made products at realistic prices, sometimes excellent bargains, served by attentive and well trained staff. Unfortunately, I had to return an item because it wasn't compatible with an induction hob - my fault for not checking properly - but the refund was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thank you. I look forward to another visit.

Staff friendly and helpful. Got the teapot I wanted and pleased with my purchase.

Friendly staff helped us to find what we were looking for within a couple of minutes of entering the shop.

The assistant was very helpful and having used her instructions the pan didn’t stick.

The shop is beautifully laid out. Wide choice of goods at competitive prices. I want a dinner service but I’m waiting to see if any discounts over the May bank holiday. But I would say they have most things you would need for your kitchen and in soft shades.
