The Epsom shop is well stocked with excellent quality products, and helpful, friendly staff. I bought an Elite stainless frying pan that works perfectly, and at a reasonable price for an item of such quality.

Very good service, listened to what I was saying I was looking for and made recommendations to fit what I needed, they also didn’t try to get me to buy the most expensive knife that fit what I was looking for but more the one that fit what I was looking for best. They were very helpful.

The person who served us was very knowledgeable about knives, and we bought a set. We hadn’t realised just how bad our knives were until we used the new ones. What a difference!!

ProCook’s team was very helpful when I was deciding on items I wanted to order, their delivery service was so useful because triply frying pan and large pot were heavy. I also bought other items that would add up in weight so it was perfect that I didn’t have to carry it all. Everything is of really good quality - I’m happy with the entire experience
