Very good service
Very good. Visited our local store, attentive professional staff. The item I bought was slightly chipped when I got it home. Returned it, staff very apologetic and swapped without delay.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff
I wanted a knife as a small gift for my daughter. The assistant was helping with the choice but then pointed out an awesome deal on a set of 5. They are brilliant knives and we split them. Wouldn't have seen them if not pointed out. Such helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Good quality kitchen goods. I was able to pick up some bargains which were the same in the shop as on line. A good selection in the shop in Epsom with friendly and helpful staff.
